2011 BMW X5

Recently I purchased a 2011 BMW X5 with third row seats. It was exactly what I was looking for and more. These guys know what ethical business is and I loved every second of business conducted by these exquisite men, and women. I worked very closely with a gentlemen named Mickey, he showed lots of professionalism and knowledge with all his inventory. He was quiet helpful throughout the whole process. Its never easy buying a car, choosing what best fits your needs and be flashy at the same time can be quiet a challenge. Not only has Gorilla motors made it easy for me to choose from their hand selected top of the line vehicles, They made the entire process from start to finish both easy and fun! BAD SERVICE

Went to this location about a month ago to look at a 2015 Lexus IS 250. Upon arrival I was rudely greeted by the owner of the dealership while talking on a cell phone. I should have walked away then but, I decided to give them a chance. My mom and I decided to take the vehicle out for a test drive. As I started the car I noticed it started really loud which was very unusually for a 3 year old car. Went for the test drive approximately 20-25 mins. The car was advertised as having a navigation system which I noticed while driving the car didn't have one. Once, I arrived back at the dealership I informed the salesman that I was no longer interested due to the loud noise and no navigation system. He proceeded to inform me that the noise was "normal and the model of the Lexus would require me to plug up my phone in order to use the navigation system". LIES, LIES, LIES. He then rudely proceeded to argue with me about he navigation system even trying to convince me by pulling up a YOUTUBE video. Let's not forget his accomplice the female that works in the office who lied as well and stated that they had another Lexus that I might be interested in. Just to stall so the owner could come up with another lie to make a sale. Nevertheless, these people are nothing but, [non-permissible content removed]. I am happy to say I purchased a Certified 2015 LEXUS IS 250 from SILVER SPRING LEXUS dealership with 5 star service, current and extended warranties, 4 free maintenance services, a quite start, and a actual navigation system "WHICH DOESN'T REQUIRE YOU TO PLUG YOUR PHONE UP". Thank God I have excellent credit! REMEMBER IT'S WORTH PAYING MORE FOR QUALITY AND A PEACE OF MIND! BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Dealership did a phenomenal job creating a welcoming and yet easy way to purchase my first vehicle. They were down right honest from the begging to the end, not like these other dealers trying to get you for a clef and a arm. I told my whole family about this place and will definitely be back for another vehicle soon!

I went from Richmond to gorilla motors to purchase a car.negotiations were fair .I made the purchase and now 3 weeks later they still haven't produced the title. I am starting to wonder if they ever had the title

Worst car dealership ever

The staff take there sweet time to greet the customer. When you ask the "owner" a question he will always say I will get another person for you and have you waiting 30-45 minutes. I was mad and was not going to wait anymore so I had told him that I was his customer and that he needed to attend me now. The "owner" had said "he will be right with you" & continued to talk to his workers.
