We worked with Anthony Cook, and he was not only a great salesman, he was an amazing person. He was very understanding of our situation, one that most Americans are experiencing in our current economy. During our first visit, he was not pushy and supported our decision when we chose to walk away. After reaching back out to him insearch of other options, he worked with us to get to a number we could work with. I will definitely seek him out for my next purchase.
OMG finally found a Truck

Our salesman Mikael was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable when it came to the truck we were looking to purchase. He has been very helpful in getting a small issue resolved. The whole staff that was working July 10 were friendly.

Anthony Cook (Salesman), he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service, honest, and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and walked us through each step. We are now enjoying our new used truck!!

I have always had great service. Had tires rotated as I could see work was done by individual tire pressure’s on my phone. All tire pressure’s were different. One tire was low and I believe the pressure was not checked.

It doesn't matter what the problem is. They will identify and fix all of them. It's not cheap, but good service is hard to find. Great mechanics are hard to find. Thanks Josh, Lewis, and Chris.

Best Dealership Experience I've Ever Had

This was the 4th car that I've bought in my lifetime, but my 1st with Battlefield Chevrolet, and I can say confidently that this was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. The sales staff was helpful but not pushy (which as any buyer knows is a tough balance) and the General Manager even came out periodically to see how he might be able to help. There was no rush or push to get us into a car we didn't want or need, but then once we found the one, they were able to get us through the financing piece quickly and out the door. I would highly recommend this dealership for your next purchase.

Warning: Terrible Buying Experience Don't Buy

The whole experience of trying to buy a vehicle here was terrible. First, the facility is in horrible condition and asteticaly has peeling paint and rusty siding. Inside the sales floor there are no lounge areas for customers and their family members to sit during the arduous process of working to find a car, test drive, finance, etc. The sales staff clearly do not have any motivation to make sales. Three people out of five did not even get up when I walked in the door. They choose to play with their iPhones instead. Additionally, they only offer you a foam cup of water or day old burnt coffee from a pot. How about a Java Mocha from a Keurig. Finally, they financing department screwed up my paperwork numerous times. With so many Chevrolet dealerships in the Fauquier / Culpepper / Stafford area, skip this one. Go to Country Chevrolet in Warrenton, VA if you want to have great service and be treated nicely in a modern facility with K cups!

It was a quick process. They allowed me to come in early and get my car worked on. The waiting room allowed me to sit back and relax while my car was being worked on. They all approached me with a smile. Very nice staff. Great job guys!

Overall a Good Experience

Car buying can be stressful. There are so many things to take into account. Overall, our experience with Battlefield Chevrolet was pleasurable. They did not have the vehicle I wanted, but they found one that had all of the features we wanted and a few extra. Trading in a car is always an interesting experience. The sales manager and used card manager worked out the numbers. The car was ready when promised. The only real negative is the very high "processing fee" compared to others. I would definitely consider buying from the dealer again.
