Drove 40 minutes to come to this dealership that stated they were open 7-530 Monday thru Friday only to be told 20 minutes until 12 that all their service technicians go to lunch from 12-1. Why would they not provide this information on their website? Why would you send everyone to lunch at one time? Also it wasnt even 12 so they should have accepted my vehicle and finished it before going to lunch. This is awful customer service!
