Excellent experience with Patrick Hagan

I leased a Qx30 from the Chantilly, VA location. Patrick Hagan was the person helping me. He was an amazing guy with such a nice spirit. He explained a lot of useful details. He also knew the deals for the car very well. The things he explained came in very handy. It was amazing how he didn’t forget anything. He was very patient and tried to give us more information about infiniti while we were waiting for the financial paperworks. This made that boring process go buy very quickly. The overall experience was perfect. I would take the survey for him but I was too late for that, since I hurt my hand and couldn’t type on a computer for a while. So the survey got expired. But my experience was so good that I decided to find a way to make sure he gets recognition for being so great. I am looking forward to purchase more cars From him for my family. Mersedeh

I purchased used Infinti Q50s a while ago.I had a bad experience about my car. But after I contacted with General manager Aaron Spicer and George Khalil, They resolved my problem just a second and made me so happy. They were so nice and helped me a lot! Also Service man Roberto was professional as well. He took care of my car so quick! Thank you!

never again infiniti

I purchased infiniti q50s around 7 months ago. Since that time I went to service 17 times. It was a big mistake I bought a infiniti!!! They sold me this car with clean Carfax and Infiniti Certified. Infiniti certified means nothing because I got too many problems with engine,transmission,electric and mechanic system in 7 months. Last time I stopped by NTB for wheel alignments they told me that my car got accident(unreported) before, and they proof it because rear right side of wheel cant alligned very well. Dont believe clean carfax...... I went to this dealer because I couldnt trust craiglist sellers or Junk dealers they have also clean carfax!!. The car is under warranty but I went to too many times which means I spend too much my time to figure out this. Today I visited them for another mechanical problem and talked with service manager. I asked him that Can you check my service history how many times did I come here? He checked that and He told me that " We are sorry but all BMW and Mercedes are same....Here is the answer please ask to yourself that where is the quality? before you come in...

The Sale is more important than a valued customer

Honestly if I could return the 2015 Mercedes CLA 250 to not have to deal with Sheeehyinfiniti of Chantilly, I would be doing just that. I am extremely disappointed at the level of customer service in which I have received from the Finance Department!. I did everything I was supposed to do as a customer! First issue: When I finalized all paper work and was ready to leave the dealership, I was only given ONE key. When asked for the other valet key I was simply told that I would have to go to Mercedes and Pay for another key!. Second Issue: I was contacted by the Finance Director approximately 9 days after purchasing the car that my title, tax, and tags fee was more than what I paid when I purchased the car. $800 more to be exact and in order for them to continue the processing of my tags I would need to pay that immediately. Third Issue: I was then contacted again by the Finance Director inquiring about the balance of the car. I told him that I would be able to pay the remaining monies AT NO ERROR DUE TO MY OWN on May 9, 2017. He then told me that they would NOT be able to extend my temp tags for another 30 days until I paid the remaining money. He then proceeds to ask me if I can put the balance on a credit card AND THEN PAY MYSELF BACK! At no point during my experience with Sheehy have I felt like a valued customer. I guess a sale is more important than a valued consumer these days.

Cannot get assistance on lease

I've had my lease for about 2 years. My rotors seem to be bad before the 1st year but i can't seem to get any help to get this fixed. I am not sure if it's covered under a warranty as it should be. But cannot seem to get an answer or call back

Stephen White's the Man

A few weeks ago my wife and I were visiting VA for a football game. Had car issues and were stuck. Got our Infiniti to Chantilly and Stephen White got us fixed and back on the road the same day. Saved our weekend vacation. Really appreciate what he did.

Professional Service and great salesperson

Recently purchased a new car through Sheehy Infiniti Chantilly. Great experience. My salesperson Paul Blake did an outstanding job. He tracked down the car we wanted. He was a true professional that provide great support through the process. He demonstrated outstanding attention to detail in review the car after our purchase. He made everything smooth including the finance. It was all worked out and we came in and just had to signed. Totally recommend Sheehy and definitely seek out Paul.

Great Service the Moment we walked in

My wife and I have been searching for a larger SUV for our family and got the recommendation to look at the QX80. From the minute we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff and received excellent service throughout working with James and George. We walked away feeling like we were the most important customer to them and am sure we will feel the same every time we go back for follow up appointments. A big thanks to the staff for making sure we got exactly what we needed and for making the process as smooth as possible along the way.

Great Service

When my Infiniti's need service, I always get my service advisor who treats me like a friend and makes sure my vehicles always come out of the shop completely repaired on the first try. And let's not forget about the free car wash....I totally recommend them without hesitation.
