I went this dealer as it is not far away from home. David Cox is really friendly and it is fun to work with through the entire purchasing process. Go for him if you want to get s car here, you will not regret.

Just can not recommend ....

Priority Nissan of Chantilly looks like a nice enough establishment when you first visit. Everything is shiny new and the building looks like the big, impressive 2 story ones you see in TV commercials all the time. But clearly, this place just wants to sell as many vehicles as possible, at the highest profit margin possible, without any regard for honesty, customer service, or care about earning your repeat business. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted to buy (a "certified used" car they advertised online). I was even willing to pay their asking price without a fight, considering it seemed fair and competitive. Unfortunately, my salesman was pretty much the stereotype everyone loathes to run across. He did the whole spiel of pretending to be your fake friend during the test drive, even though his body language told you it was all a lie. More importantly though, when it came down to signing the paperwork - he slipped in $1,000 worth of additional profit for himself that I didn't catch, buried in as a line item with all the taxes and other fees. And mind, you, this dealership already adds on $700 worth of bogus "processing fees" to every transaction. When I got to the Finance lady and noticed it, she got up, saying she'd "check on it for me", only to come right back with an indignant attitude - shoving the papers at me and loudly declaring, "You signed it!" She went on to try to sell me on an extended warranty package, which I was actually somewhat interested in. But she misrepresented what I was actually going to be paying for it, after I suggested I'd rather pay down some more money up-front to buy it outright than have a warranty payment rolled into my loan with interest. This place even has another person sit down with you between signing papers and waiting on Finance whose only job is to try to upsell you on other questionable items like "paint protection" and rustproofing. They try to pass themselves off as a "customer care" person - but they're just another salesperson. After my purchase, all I've gotten out of these people is putting me right into voicemail when I called with any questions, other than a couple of token "follow up" calls by my salesman (which he even "warned" me he was required to make, at the time I first started signing the papers). His calls were obviously just ones management forced him to make as a routine, and he had no intentions of actually DOING anything to improve your experience after the sale. Oh, and over 5 weeks later? I still have no plates or title. Tried to go in and find out about that, but got a runaround and more lies. (Was incorrectly told that it was my lender holding things up. Called the lender and found out THEY never got their copy of the title yet from this dealership!) Other reviews you can find on sites like Yelp tell stories of this place taking over 3 months and not getting people their plates -- so it's not looking too promising.

Bad customer care

I went to Nissan Priority dealership located in Chantilly, VA. on 9/6/16, to close a deal with Mr. Freddy Cuellar(salesperson), I had bought two cars from him in the past and from the same dealership, at one point we were negotiating the price in an Altima, we were off just a few hundred of dollars, and I was seeking to eliminate an incomprehensible fee they were trying to impose, something like a delivery inspection fee valued at $995.00 (beware of this), when I said I was not going to pay for that fee, Mr. Cuellar politely told me he was going to consult to his Manager or Supervisor to see if he can do something, one minute later a person just came to the negotiation desk sat and without introducing himself (later found out his last name is Cochran, sales general manager),told me that the deal is what it was written on the agreement paper that was in front of us, when I told him that I was not agreeing on the final price because of the ridiculous fee, the Manager apparently got upset and got the document folded it and ripped it in front of me and Mr. Cuellar and told me that he was not going to spend more time with someone not appreciative of the work he was doing on my deal, then he asked one of the dealer employees to hold the door and to escort me outside the dealer, all this scene he was creating was being observed by another Manager and some sales persons. Persons like him should not been working in a place that has to do with human interaction. Also I felt discriminated because I am minority (latino) and he is white male, I deserved respect, just a "no thank you we can't complete the deal as you want it" would have suffice, but he had to humiliate me in front of everyone like showing who's the boss, I feel if I were a white person he should have not treat me like that.

Consistent good service

As has become the norm, I received very good service for my Altima at Priority Nissan. Mr. Zambrana was attentive to my needs, gave me a good estimate on time for the servicing, and then service department delivered on their commitment. Regardless of who the service rep is, I consistently get the same high quality service and they value my time.

Great Prices, Workmanship, and Customer Service

We took our 2009 Nissan Murano to Priority Nissan to decide whether or not to trade it in when we bought our next car or to trade in our 2005 Honda Accord. Bobby performed a diagnostic and outlined the amount of work that was currently necessary for the Murano. He was very clear about the items that needed to be fixed and didn't push for me to make a service appointment. I felt comfortable leaving after the diagnostic and was able to evaluate my options at home. We decided to keep the Murano. I called and scheduled another service appointment. Bobby supplied a loaner car for me and provided an estimate of time for completion of the work. The work was done on time and for the price we discussed. The prices were incredibly reasonable and the work was done on time. I have NEVER had this easy of a time with auto mechanic shops. I will now continue to bring my car to Priority Nissan and recommend you do too.

AVOID DOING BUSINESS HERE!!!

We went to the dealer with the intention to purchase the car that one of the managers, the sales representative, and Ms. Angie Walker confirmed several times (via phone, text, and email) was available on your lot. The car wasn’t there. For almost 3 hours, the dealer tried to get us to settle for 2 cars that were not under the specific description we were told repeatedly was available. The manager was able to find a similar car in the area, only to then inform us that the fog lights are an after manufacturer, dealer installed item. This means that after we buy the car, we would still have to wait for the dealer to order and get them installed, incurring in yet another change in the final cost advertised. When the finance agent came to talk to us, he asked for an immediate down payment of $5K, so they could start the credit check, and as an “insurance” that we would buy the car the next day when they finally bring it in. When we refused, he proceeded to question why the dealer should trust us in coming back. Honestly, I found myself wondering the same thing as the dealer has already given me enough proof that I can’t trust them. When we were about to leave, he told us that they would put on hold the process and wait for us to inspect the car the next day and if we found everything ok, THEN they would start the finance process and credit check. Considering all that had happened, we revoked (in writing) any authorization we might have given and asked the dealer to consider null any document we signed (which, by the way, we weren’t provided copy of, even after requesting it). 2 wks later they started to make UNAUTHORIZED hard inquiries in our credit file and now are saying that they will not be responsible for any damage it may cause on our credit! -It has been reported to the police & the Better Business Bureau

I had my car towed in on Feb 6th because it wouldn't start. I figured with 80,000 miles this could be expensive. I worked with Bobby Sparks in Service and he explained that the steering column had to be replaced but Nissan would pay for it. I was elated to hear this and got my oil changed too. Thanks to Bobby and his team, back on the road again.

Great Follow Through

While car buying is never an easy process and can sometimes become a really bad one quickly, I have to say I was most impressed with Priority Nissan, and specifically our salesman Mar Roble's, commitment to seeing this deal through. I was quite picky about what I wanted and even though they didn't have it in stock they went through every hoop imaginable to get me the exact car I wanted and within a really short time frame. They also worked hard to see my financing through and got me off the lot with what I felt was truly a GREAT deal. I would never hesitate to do business with this dealership again and actually bring my car back for service to the dealership even though it's not the closest service station OR dealership to me because they are that attentive and truly care about their customers.

Amazing Car Buying Experience

We recently purchased from Priority Nissan and it was by far the best experience I have had buying a new car. Mar Roble was our Sales Representative and he took the time to go over all the details of the car to include power-train and all the interior features before we took a test drive. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. We were comparing cars from a few dealerships in the area and he was not pushy when we said we had to leave, talk prices and take a few more test drives. The next day we returned to purchase and he helped us get to the price we needed to make the purchase. We will return to Priority Nissan for other cars in the future!
