Great Place to purchase a vehicle. Prices are reasonable, and the quality of product is superb. The dealership itself is absolutely beautiful and the people working inside are very friendly and courteous. When it comes to getting down to business and negotiating, they are very fair and really want to make sure you are satisfied with the price of the vehicle. I am huge fan of Cadillac and have been to many Cadillac dealerships, but I must say that Moore is best in class.
Poor internet response to USAA Buying service
I requested quotes from cadillac dealers in my area through USAA car buying service. dealers are supposed to respond with their best quote making the experience easy simple steps. This dealer responded with MSRP prices. I responded with a thank you and stated I was apparently wasting my time and received the following response, "You asked for the price of our cars, not the price with a discount. I value our products and the extra services our dealership provides. Services you will not get at other dealerships. We do not just give discounts without someone asking because we are a business and we are here to make money, just like any other business you deal with. We do not just give cars away and treat clients like they are disposable. If you just want the lowest price possible and are not concerned with the relationship after your purchase, then I can give you the number to a dealership in Ohio that sells cars for invoice. If you want a pleasant relationship with a dealership that will bend over backwards to take care of you for the life of your vehicle, then come on in and we will do our best to give you the best price. This is Cadillac and our clients expect to be treated in a distinguished manner. Good luck to you." I was wasting my time with this dealership. all the others in the area responded with very responsive quotes. Watch out for this dealership.
I entered the dealership at 9am on a Sat, was greeted and we started the process of looking and testing a new Cadillac SRX. They worked with me and together we came to the price, interest rate and terms. I left with my new Cadillac. Great follow-up also in the 2 weeks following the sale!! Nice
FRAUD- stay away from Moore cadillac
too my 2005 escalde in for service and repair a wood piece on right rear door and some two other issuesthat were covered under warranty; the small wood piece had broken off my right rear passenger door; i asked Moore cadillac to repair it; they stated they would but needed to order a new door panel; and this charge came too 960 dollars; i took my car put on maybe 120 miles and had to deploy for work back overseas for 35 days to a war zone; (USG worker) the car sat and no one touched it; for these days; when i returned home i was going to the gym and opened my right rear door to put my gym bag in and when I opened the door the wood piece fell off; i took a good look at the piece and could tell all they did was glue it back on; when i examined the door panel it was the same one as the mark on the one side was still there; The charged me 960 for a new door panel and just glued it back on I returned to the delaership and the head of service (Audry ) told me they take care of it; I get the same person that work as the service rep on my suv; tells me they need to order a part; it take some time; i was like your kidding me; you glued this part on; they refused to refund my money told they fix it , the mechanic did they didn't know about it This was 5 mnths later , Moore never return my calls and answer it; i went to the delaership they asked me to leave; Mr Moore would never return my calls I finally went to Cadillac corporate; they got a new part for me; got it repaired and gave me a 1500 dollar loyalty towards a new car purchase I highly reccomended you stay away from Moore Cadillac as they are terrible and you think your car being fixed its not!!!!!!! Stay away from Moore
After my new car purchase from Moore Cadillac the last thing on my mind was service. But shortly afterward that oil change cas glaring at me. I went to Moore and they were fantastic. They finished the work in a timely fashion. I certainly was not use to this at the other cadillac dealership. I have shareed my experience with everyone that will listen. Even you!!!
I have been a Cadillac owner for over 10 years, and I will say that the professional staff at Moore Cadillac was the best purchase experience thus far. I purchase every 2 years, and continue to look for outstanding service, my last CTS V purchase from Moore was the BEST ever!!

I have purchased 4 cars from Moore Cadillac, the sales team is the most professional group I have ever worked with. It gives me great joy to send my family and friends there, for sales or service. I was a import driver for many years, unti Moore Cadillac proved to me thay could be better than my past dealership. So happy the moved to Chantilly a few years ago, makes the drive there easy. Ask for "Jean Benedict", she is a good salesperson, with integrity, Jean has always delivered what she has promised. I can't say enought good things about her and Moore Cadillac.
Moore Cadillac Hummer sales review
Recently went shopping for a new car and on a whim stopped in at Moore Cadillac. Never in a million years did I imagine I would buy a Cadillac. I found the experience pleasant. I test drove 4 different models, 2 CTS Sport Wagons, 2 SRX's and never felt rushed. We left the dealership to, in my mind, go purchase a new Audi A6 wagon. We came back to the Cadillac dealer and consumated the purchase of the Sport Wagon. Sales personnel and others were all very professional. Would recommend you give Cadillac a look-see and my experience at Moore Cadillac was one of the nicest new car buying experiences I've ever had. At one point I commented that Audi's had thicker paint and our salesman, Jonathan, brought out a paint thickness meter gauge to show me that , yes indeed, Cadillac was just as thick, 6 mils.
