Horrible Car Buying Experience
My husband wanted a used car that we could only find at Moore Cadillac. We went to the dealership to inspect and test drive the car. We were not ready to discuss a price, but the sales manager kept insisting that we give him a number. Since we refused, he implied that we could not afford this vehicle and that we did not have good credit scores, so we left. After searching further, we could not find a similar car at a different dealership, so we decided to purchase it from Moore Cadillac. We negotiated with the dealership and settled on a price, down payment, interest rate, etc. We also completed the loan application before going to pick up the car. Unfortunately, our disappointing experience continued when we returned to pick up the car. We were at the dealership for three hours. There was no one ahead of us in the finance department, but we spent most of that time waiting for the finance person. When we finally saw him, he tried to give us a higher interest rate than we had already agreed on, and convince us that it was a good deal. Eventually he decided to give us the rate we had already agreed on. He also kept forgetting to subtract the cost of tags since we were transferring them from our existing vehicle. The entire experience was horrible. I am not sure how anyone could be happy with the customer service that we received. If this car had been available at another dealership, we would've walked away and never spent our money at this establishment. We will not be back to purchase ANYTHING from this dealership again.
Service? What service?
When we bought our SRX from Moore they went on and on about how they would come and get our car for ANYTHING.It was a part of the agreement. It was the sales pitch. Three times they have failed to honor this agreement. Twice they canceled on us . Today we had a 9AM appointment. I tried to get someone to reconfirm that they were coming here. No one returned my calls nor my email. Even the manager never called back. Finally, after standing us up they called my husband and said how about next Monday? Why didn't they call the person sitting at home waiting for them? My husband doesn't know I have an appointment Monday. Did I mention they changed the oil in our last car and forgot the oil? No More Moore!
Great Service Advisor and Service
As usual, Don Kelly provided outstanding service and went out of his way to accommodate me. I cannot say enough about him and the service he has provided me over the past eight going on nine years. Of course, the work performed was of Moore's usual high quality, too.
Moore's experience has made me a Cadillac man for life
I love the service I receive at Moore's Cadillac. The wait wasn't too long but it was over an hour, a few snacks for the waiting customers would be great. The dealership isn't exactly within walking distance to any restaurants and even Dodge dealerships over their clients chips and sodas free of charge.
Very pleasant staff. Morgan was very helpful and went out of her way to help. Good feeling for the customer. Initially, I didn't want to speak with any manager about the car purchase but the manager at Moore was very nice and pleasant to speak with. This is encouraging and entice me to recommend Moore Cadillac to my friends.

Everyone is very professional and courteous, I had a great experience. Most importantly, the services performed on my vehicle were completely on a timely manner and to my satisfaction.
I have always received excellent and prompt service. David C. has always been helpful and knowledgeable of the kind of service I have needed.
I had a side view mirror replaced and the shield painted. (Someone had damaged it in a parking lot.) It was done perfectly, within the estimate, and as always in a friendly timely manner. Once again I went home with a freshly washed SRX.
Solid, straightforward info and negotiation. Went out of their way to find and get the exact vehicle we were seeking.

normal service plus recall required an unexpected overnight stay but I received a loaner and all worked out well. Good job on the service and the car was washed.

I had shopped around for a MB, Audi, BMW and Cadillac and hands down, my experience at Moore was the best! They werent pushy & arrogant like the other places and that was such a breath of fresh air. I ended up going with the XTS and I love my car. 5 Star Service
I was a walk in customer on a Saturday afternoon. The customer service representative, Mike B., was just about to sit down to a late lunch when I walked passed his office. He got up, insisting lunch could wait, and gave me red carpet service. I didn't buy my SRX from Moore and it was my first time there, but I was treated like I was a life-long customer. This included them setting me up with an identical loaner. I am grateful for the treatment and the excellent repairs. I have never had a better experience with a dealership - please remember that I was there for repairs and it was still a great experience!! Thank you Mr. B. and Moore Cadillac.

I visited the service department of Moore Cadillac a couple of weeks ago and I just wanted to let the world know how much I appreciate the warm courteous treatment I received. Don K. is the best. He is never to busy to take time out to answer any questions that I may have. And he always returns phone calls. He sees to it that my car is fixed in a reasonable amount of time and it is always shiny and clean when I pick it up. He even picks up on items that I may not have noticed. This is most appreciated. And I want to also mention my salesman, Bob E. He has sold me my last 5 cars and I would not go to anyone else. He is patient and knowledgeable, and I know that when he puts the bottom figure down that it is the best possible price. I trust him implicitly and consider him a good friend. The waiting area and restroom are comfortable and clean. I always enjoy talking with other owners while I wait.
Over a decade ago I was sitting in the waiting room and was treated to a visit from Mr. Moore, the owner. He checked witheach of the customers there to see if we were being well taken care of. Recently, I purchased an ATS from a brand new salesman at Moore. A nice man who worked hard to please me. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the sale. Enter the current owner, Mr. Moore's grandson. He addressed my problem and ensured that all of my expectattions were exceeded. You can be sure that I will continue to be a Moore Cadillac customer. The owner takes great pride in what his family does there.

Great Place to purchase a vehicle. Prices are reasonable, and the quality of product is superb. The dealership itself is absolutely beautiful and the people working inside are very friendly and courteous. When it comes to getting down to business and negotiating, they are very fair and really want to make sure you are satisfied with the price of the vehicle. I am huge fan of Cadillac and have been to many Cadillac dealerships, but I must say that Moore is best in class.
