I enjoyed the complimentary car wash and vacuuming. Everyone was cheerful and courteous. I got excellent service with the Mazda coupons and my problem was resolved promptly.

They are good at keeping me informed about what I will need in the future. My car engine, at 130k miles, still feels almost like new. They keep me updated about deals. I enjoy the wait time catching up with emails. Like having wifi. The staff turnover rate seems very very low. Hope that means that the employees are paid well and happy.

I enjoying taking my car for service because each time I go, the service people at the desk or who greet me when I pull up are always nice. I don't feel like they come up to me like I'm just another customer. They make me feel special.

I purchased a certified CX-5 from this dealership last month. There were a few minor issues with the vehicle, which the dealership offered to fix. The service person who spoke with me about my car and arranged a loaner vehicle for me was extremely kind and helpful. The technicians quickly diagnosed and resolved the mechanical problem. The person who fixed the scratches on the paint also did an amazing job. I am very pleased with both the work they did on my car and the courteous and professional way they treated me.

Such a huge difference in Mazda dealerships

Here is a huge difference in your dealership and Fairfax Mazda. I accidentally called Fairfax Mazda, trying to schedule a service apptointment. The person that answered their phone said "oh you need to do that online, I can't help you." Can you give me the online address? "Well, yeah, I guess, let me ask somebody..." She put me on hold, and after a while when she came back, I realized I was calling the WRONG place. I thanked her and hung up and called your dealership. Your cheerful receptionist said "oh I can help you with that! When do you want to bring your car in?" It was seamless. Easy. Your dealership is very customer-focused. It shows!
