Easy and efficient experience

My husband and I had a great experience purchasing our car from Beyer Subaru yesterday.We worked with Cesar from sales and Kam from financing. We purchased a used Audi and despite the fact that an Audi was not their usual inventory, Cesar knew a lot about the vehicle. Both were informative, easy to work with, and efficient. Neither of them pressured us and overall, it was an enjoyable process. I would recommend buying a car from here and requesting Cesar to be your sales rep.

Truly appreciated the transparent response to my query for a new or gently used Forrester. There's was by far the best email offer, and I was determined not to be dragged into a good introductory deal only to learn about hidden charges or, even worse, when the deal was done pressured to sign up for $5K in extras. These guys were straight up, the car was ready for me when I arrived, and I think I got the best deal possible. I live in Maryland and have bought 2 new cars from dealers in Waldorf over the last 10 years - both times had to wait for plates and registration and pressured for many extras I didn't end up using. The people at Beyer plated and registered me right there - I was good to go the day I picked up the car. Kamhal was very pleasant to work with and even had the exact color I was looking for! The Forrester was an educated choice based upon Consumer Reports, my retired ifestyle and my budget. I have to say I love the car even more now than the day I bought it!

My Subaru Experience

I went in the dealership hoping to look at a used car I had found online. I arrived in the afternoon to find out that it had been sold that morning! Instead of letting me walk away empty handed, one of the salesmen offered the services of one of his best salesmen to see if they couldn't find me a car. I told the salesman, Kam, my price point and what I was looking for and he used that information to comb through the inventory to see if there was anything that matched. He found such a car and brought it out for me to test drive. After the drive he showed me the numbers and even looked at other vehicles in the inventory to see if there was a car that would be a better lease deal for me- there wasn't. I appreciated Kam's help and how he listened to what I wanted (vehicle and price-wise) and went from there instead of picking any car and naming a price I couldn't work with (which happened at another dealership). I wasn't expecting to drive away in my new leased car that day, but I did! It was overall a great experience.

Beyer Subaru gives excellent service. I really like Craig who is my service manager. So whi,e I probably could get the work done for less elsewhere, I pay for the service I get. Should I ever get treated poorly, I wouldn't come back. Thank you for your kindness and attention.

My salesman was fantastic. He was patient and answered all of my questions. I went there multiple times and each time he was great! We also looked at many other brands and models of cars. I have owned a Forester for 15 years and decided to purchase another Forester. Why change what works for you? The car has many great features and is a solid car. It has an excellent crash rating and that is what sold me on my first Subaru. I am very happy with my purchase.

Best Purchase Ever!

I came in 30 minutes before closing on 4th of July weekend and Ceasar was ready and willing to help in any way he could. He completely sold me on the Forester and couldn't leave without making the purchase right then and there. Amazing customer service, talked me through the entire car in insane heat and gave me both his number and a service number in case I had any additional questions. I truly appreciate the attention and care that I received in making such a large purchase. I've already recommended three different friends to go see him for a new car.

Ulysses and Nancy James And Their New Forester

Everything about our experience was positive. We started our search for a car by driving a CrossTrek, noting that the Sales Consultant did not have to hover over us in the back seat, but trusted us with the vehicle. Our Consultant, Kamrul Ashtakh impressed us with his knowledge, openness, and honesty. He was a delight to work with. When it came time to "close the deal". we worked with Financial Manager Sam Daou. He similarly was a exemplary. He was patient, competent and helpful. The entire Dealership felt and like we were in the right place. It is clean, well organized, has a lean, hard working staff whose main objective is to serve the customer well. Obviously the standards are high, and those we worked with are meeting or exceeding those standards.
