Worst Service Ever
What an awful experience with the service at Heritage. So many things were done wrong. Few examples not doing what they said they were going to do, forgetting to put parts back on the car that were necessary, and not touching the car when you have an appointment. If you want to have a horrible experience go to them. The service manager also likes to talk to you like you are an idiot and that you know nothing. I know i am not the first to experience horrible service from them. Good luck if you have to bring your car here. They do not care about customer service clearly.
Great service from great people
The group of guys there were very laid back very little pressure, and very comfortable to talk with. The sales person Benjamin that I dealt with as able to answer all my questions and fit my needs, I had visited another big name dealer as well as small and they had no idea what they were doing especially compared to Benjamin at heritage ford, I've made who additional stops into the dealership and there is no awkward business aspect to talking with him, straight to the point and easy to deal with, highly recommended, met all my needs including my price point perfectly. I feel like if I even had the smallest question I could stop in just to clear it up.
service..certified pre owned
i bought a CERTIFIED pre owned vehicle. paid well over 20,000 for this CERTIFIED pre own, i have had it 74 days and its been back 3 times since, counting today. i was just told i have to pay for the service.? what the does certified pre own mean. .??? within the first 3 wks i had to bring it back for brake work. but on the certified checklist thisis cheack off as passed!! yet i had to bring it in for work. i was warned of this happening with the certified pre own scam. yet they charge you extra for this. i am a sales consultant of automobles . ut service is a whole different story. 74 days ...brought in 3 different times... not cool....my car payment this month is now 500$
