I have to say, I will be a customer again. Now for me to say that is something. I have had some bad experiences with car dealerships before and I really did not want to go to another dealership. Your staff was very friendly and professional. I was not pushed into a sale, Mark took his time with us and he listened to what we had to say. I love the Terrain. It is my very first new vehicle. I have always ended up buying used cars and I have never been truly happy with them. You're team is the best! I am looking forward to coming back, keep up the great work.

New Truck

I have gmc Dealer with in 13miles but drove down to Springfield GMC .About 1 Hour to get to the Dealer. The Dealership had lots of trucks to look at an options.Went inside showroom an talked with the salesman about a truck. Drove truck for test drive then came back an went over the price . Had a truck I wanted to sell so I told them I would get back to them when it sold about 2 weeks later. Bought the truck an like the people at this Dealership . Other Dealer that I went to in Vermont North when we talked about the price they wanted to know where I worked an How much I made a year I DON't LIKE THAT way of doing things. THANKS RICK

The easiest, tension-free truck buying experience ever had!!

Some friends of mine,who live in Springfield, Vermont, highly recommended Springfield, Vermont GMC to select a new Sierra 1500. So I by passed all the other gmc dealers along route 91 from Chicopee, Mass. to North Springfield, Vermont. It wasn't even 15 minutes into Jason's discussion about my wants/needs in a new truck, that I just knew it would be worth my 1 hour and 40 minute ride! Not only is Jason a great listener, but, he found several opportunities for me to save money. That.... is above and beyond!! He had the exact vehicle I wanted and then introduced me to Jennifer, who is very professional and knowledgeable within the scope of her profession. She made this financing process simple and at the same time was respectful of me as a customer. Dan reviewed the necessary paperwork and explained each one.. allowing me ample time to read and challenge him on anything I did not understand. The frosting on the cake occurred when Jennifer offered to deliver my truck to me in Chicopee, Mass. so I didn't have to make a return trip! I have never, in all my years of buying vehicles for my family, experienced anything like this. Will I drive an hour and 40 minutes to buy another car from this crack Sales Team? Absolutely! S. luke is the only person i know that can look you in the eyes and lie stay away or you will get ripped off he sells unsafe junk also is [non-permissible content removed] they inspested my yruck then the next day said i needed a muffler and i had to pay the throllet stuck hit a pole trees went in river sold me another truck went down the road no brakes will not fix its been 3 months without a truck didnt get more then 30 miles between the two of them lasted only two days each

Dealer leaving me stranded with problems shortly after buying a used car

I recently bought a used Saturn from the GMC dealer, with 49,000 miles for $8500. Within a month I have 2 major issues for over $1000 worth of repairs (see details below). I called the dealer to ask for support in paying for part of these repairs, as I know that at least one of the issues was pre-existing. They turned me down very sternly, stating "it's not our problem, you should have bought the $2400 3 year extended warranty we offered you. Furthermore, you got a good deal on the car already...". Here is the detail of the problems: - Air flow sensor ($450 plus tax) - needed to be replaced - 2 teeth broken in front-right ABS sensor ring ($600 plus tax) Leaving the dealership the ABS breaks came on for no reason. I assumed that the car had been sitting in the dealership parking lot and that maybe this was normal. But over the next couple weeks the ABS came on again for no reason. So brought it to a Saturn dealer, who diagnosed that 2 teeth had been broken-off from the front right ABS sensor ring. So for me it's obvious that the problem was pre-existing. Unfortunatly i should have said something to the dealer right away, as they of course don't believe me. I thought i was being resonable in asking for help on part of the bill (at least covering the ABS issue), but obviously the dealer had different thoughts. I am told by the representative that my request went to the owner, who turned it down too. Conclusion? Is this normal and I should just take my lumps and move on? Or am I partially in the right and take further action?
