We have visited Doug Smith Chevrolet multiple times and just bought a new car from them. At each of our visits, we never felt pressured - they were just happy to help. Reid and Brett helped us with our car purchase and were friendly and competent. Nick in financing didn't pressure us to purchase any of the add-on things - he just told us what options were available. We would certainly consider buying from this dealership again.

More Than a Great Experience

What a great, great experience I had! So professional and very informative. And most importantly - you feel like you're part of a family there! I actually wanted to leave a 10 star review but the maximum possible is only 5! From Daniel Jimenez (what an extraordinary person he is!!!) and Ammon Guild (positivity through the roof!!!), all the way to their manager - you feel like these folks are there to HELP YOU, not just to sell you a car and then to the next customer we go. No - they are there to help. This dealership is a great TEAM of people, a real team that will OVERDELIVER 100% of the time for you... the customer! Keep up the great work and passion! Exceptional New Truck Buying Experience

Whitney Beaslin made buying a New Colorado an easy choice. She was friendly, knowledgeable and made us very comfortable. We couldn't be happier. The entire staff at Doug Smith Chevrolet of Spanish Fork was personable, up front, no pressure and stood by everything quoted. Serious negotiations were conducted with five separate dealers. Doug Smith's people are head and shoulders more considerate and professional than any of the others I dealt with.
