Love my Accord

Our first incounter with a sales person was less then favorable. But I called in and got Carisa A and she assured me that was not typical. She took down all our information and treated us like family. She made an appointment for us with a very nice and competent sales person ( Cindy A ). Carisa was there to introduce us to Cindy and make sure she knew what we wanted. Carisa helped us thru the process and along with Cindy made it painless. I take all of my cars to Stephen Wade Honda Mazda to be serviced. They treat my with respect and they are very helpful. They act like they really care that I am there. I have bought multiple cars there too. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to pay a fair price for outstanding work. Their prices were even in line with the non Honda repair places in town. A+++

I bought a CNG Civic. They didn't participate in the national sales promotion, which wasn't disclosed until 10 days after the purchase. I asked directly about it prior to the sale, stating that the rebate was a major factor in my decision to buy.I was told, "you should have read the fine print." Their response was to not return phone calls and email. I own and drive 4 Hondas, but I will not do any more business with this dealer.

Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful!! I did my research so I knew what price I wanted to pay for my new car and I got exactly what I wanted. Lee T and Shane E were great to work with! The financing went smoothly and Tonia was helpful and without being pushy. This was the best car buying experience that I have had!

Not Upfront and Honest

Salesman Jack Must. Stephen Wade on Hilton Drive St. George Utah. Here is my expericence. Thanks for reading. After finding an SUV that I liked and negotiating a price, I left and brought back my wife to purchase the vehicle. Well to my surprise they would not give me the price we had negotiated earlier. Do not believe Stephen Wade Honda dealership on Hilton Drive! They will tell you one thing and do another. Very dissapointed.
