Ordered a new Bronco from Bruce Nakken in March 2021. Even though Ford corporate headquarters were terrible in communicating updates and delays of the production, Bruce did all he could to keep me updated and informed. Cedar Ford also did not tack on ridiculous surcharges onto my purchase price and even included a original owner lifetime service contract at no charge. Finally received my Bronco in Feb 2023 with a full tank of gas and spotless. Bruce even drove an hour to pick me up and drive me back to the dealership to sign papers.

I always have my Crown Vic serviced at an authorized Ford Dealer. (No exceptions) Dexter is a complement to your company. You've had several employees in his position, but he is the best by far. I don't know who takes care of my Ford in the service department. They are always do a thorough job, including checking all the belts, hoses, fluid levels, etc. and making recommendations for follow up. I'd give you 10 stars if it went that high.

Nothing short of excellent! The service was great. The whole experience from Chad, salesman, to Brian and Bruce for price, to Troy with finance, was exceptional. I am very impressed and will return for another vehicle, when needed...

I went in for an oil change on an out of town trip. The staff was friendly. My kids loved the waiting room (free popcorn and drinks!) The staff said it would take 40 minutes and I was in and out in about 30. This is extra important as I was waiting with a 6 year old and 2 year old.

Came in for service on a factory recall. Nephi was very friendly and professional. My appointment was at 10am and he took my vehicle in right away. Nephi also offered to check all my cars oil levels at no charge. I was told it would take a couple of hours. I was out of there in 30 minutes. I will definitely recommend Nephi and Cedar City Ford!

2018 f-150

Ordered a 2018 f-150 from cedar city motor company in utah. They sent the wrong paper work to ford credit . Ford credit had me as owing a 2017 and the wrong vin #. The dealer did not follow up with ford credit and I was told they had, however ford credit was not receiving the proper papers . It took 5 months for ford credit to get me paying on my 2018 F-150

Everyone there was great! I love that it’s a no haggle price it makes car buying easy. We bought a used car from them and after two weeks decided it wasn’t for us so we took advantage of the 30 day exchange policy which was no hassle and now we are in a car that is working great for us. Everything about our experience was great and I would recommend them to anyone.

Pete was our Service Manager--he has a huge amount of experience and knowledge about Ford cars/trucks/suv's. He was able to diagnose our problem and the part came in on time and the actual service took the amount of time he quoted. He explained the problem and the fix in detail. Cedar City is a small town but this Ford dealership has the expertise in Pete of any large city dealership!
