2022 Silverado purchase

Good enough

In my ~40 years of buying cars, Holiday is the 2nd or 3rd best experience I have had. Really, that is saying something. They were the best deal within 250 miles of me, so good enough ;~)

Fast and Friendly

I've been going to Holiday Chevrolet since 2007, that says a lot about the kind of treatment you receive there. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The time spent in the waiting room for an oil change is acceptable and comfortable.

Sales rep, Tyler, was courteous, friendly and not "pushy". He provided the information I needed. I was disappointed that when we first visited the dealership was offering a $2400 dealer discount but we did not decide quickly enough to purchase an "in stock" vehicle. Although it was never stated, or implied, i was hoping that discount would remain on an ordered vehicle and it was reduced to $1000. Also, I have never ordered a vehicle without knowing the final price before it arrived. However, other than not getting the discount I was hoping for, everything was fine.

Review worth noting

These days its hard to find an honest review much less an honest car dealer. Three months after doing my part and due diligence in knowing what I wanted to pay for what I was looking for, I made one of my many trips to Dallas and spent my last evening looking for a possible find near by or on my way home to Oklahoma. Saturday morning searching online I found "the one" at Holiday Chevrolet. I made the call and wanted to make sure the price was as advertised and no hidden gimmicks. I was relieved and excited to actually find what I was looking for and at the price I wanted to pay and without haggle. Honestly I felt something won't be as it seems when I made the appointment to come by and take a look but I figured I will deal with it when I get there. Being in sales myself for the most part of my life the last thing I wanted to do is hassle with being hassled! I have to say for the first time I never felt more comfortable buying a car and want to give Kraig a personal thanks through this review and I really appreciate everyone at the dealership for making it a great experience all around.

Holiday Chevrolet is by far the best around!

I had to take my Silverado into the service department for a recall. When I arrived, they looked slammed and I thought to myself, this is going to take forever. I was so wrong. Joel Sanders greeted me as he always does and told me he would have the guys jump right on it. I had barely gotten comfortable in the waiting area with my free cup of coffee when Joel came and told me I was all set and ready to go. I couldn't believe it. I have used Holiday Chevrolet's service department since I bought my truck there in 2015 and I have ALWAYS been impressed by their friendliness and professionalism. They are by far the best and I recommend them to anyone I can. Thanks for making me feel like my business is important! John Smith

Recently I bought a pre own vehicle from Holiday Auto Group. The whole purchase went smooth, most of my communication was done through email. At first they are were very cordial letting me know information about the vehicle, they even went ahead and gave me discount on the purchase price of the vehicle. Getting to the dealership was a long way from where I live about two hours away. When I got there they had the vehicle ready, the salesman I was having communication with was not available. I tested out the vehicle everything was great, signed the paperwork and drove the vehicle off the lot. The staff mentioned I would be getting a survey emailed to me about my purchase. The following day after the purchase the vehicle began making screeching noises when I would brake. I waited a few days before I contacted the dealership (through the email I was provided). Well it has been over a week and I have not received a response from Holiday Auto Group, nor have I received the survey where I was supposed to rate them on the purchase I made, and I frankly correlate not receiving the survey due to the issue I have been having with the vehicle. The vehicle also came with another issue that was not mentioned in the details or by the sales person. The vehicle’s rear right seatbelt does not buckle (safety issue), also the front outlet does not work and like I mentioned the vehicle makes horrible sounds when you brake. I do accept fault for not doing a thorough investigation on the vehicle and dealership and for blindly trusting all the positive reviews on their webpage (I had not been in auto market for quite some time). So I am posting this not out of ill will but out of concern for future buyers that are looking to invest in a pre-own vehicle from Holiday Auto Group. I suggest you do your homework quite well do not get swayed by all the positive reviews you see on their webpage. Check other online sources, try staying within your area I think it serves you better as you can much more easily drive to that dealership if you do end up having concerns or issues. I would have wanted to be one of the many satisfied customers of Holiday Auto Group but that will not be the case. Please be careful with who you do business with and good luck on your future auto purchase!

All as promised

Sales team & credit department were professional. I dealt with Travis in credit, Brad & Nic on the sales floor, The mgr was on the floor making sure the customers were getting what they needed. I worked with Nic Green all week via phone & e-mail, then came on on Sat to buy. I drove 75 miles North...worried something would change. Nic was true to his word & the dealership should be commended for fostering these types of people and this kind of car shopping. Everyone was wonderful. I couldn't be happier. No arguments. No drama. No last minute recalculation. No stress. Thanks.

Internet search

When my husband and I began our Internet search for a small SUV we received numerous responses; however, none stood out as much as the messages from Vicki and Michael T. The responses were professional, prompt as well as complete with total detail on the price and what actually the included. In the end, we went with a Honda. We will keep the Whitesboro dealership information and if when we purchase another vehicle we will certainly check there first. We would also enthusically recommend Vicki and Michael T. Friendly Staff

The group over their @ Holiday Chevy were awesome. i told Ryan what i needed in a car and he helped pointed me in the right direction. He was very helpful and was not pushy. Next time I need another car I know i'll be giong back to see Ryan and the staff over at Holiday Chevy.

Their closing

Their closing the end of 2008 but haven't told anybody. So we go all the way up there and buy a car from them and they don't tell us they won't be there next year so if we have a problem we have to go to some other dealer to get it fixed. They should tell people if they aren't going to be there.
