Never again

Be careful with the sharky salesman. I went in with my own loan from USAA and he goes in the back office and runs my credit out the wazzoo checking for better interest rates, when I had my own loan. Then to top it all off, they did not even use my loan to pay for the car. The contract typed up was with US Bank. Pain in my booty. Will not do business with again.

New Jeep Wangler 2016

No one tried to sale me a vehicle that I wasn't interested in. Even though you'll didn't have what I wanted on the lot you'll accommodated my needs by helping me build a jeep for me personally. Everyone was very nice a professional. I normally hate going to car lots because I really don't like car salesman for the most part. To be honest what I liked about Cowboys was it didn't feel like a typical car dealership. Dayton and Adam were actually nice guys that didn't make my skin crawl like most car salesmen. By the way... I love the jeep! Took it out to the beach yesterday and took the top and doors off. Didn't see another jeep that hyper green color anywhere. Glad I got the new color. Thanks again for everything guys!

NOT YOUR TYPICAL DEALERSHIP

Walked in and asked for the Sales Mgr. Told Zack Osment that this was his only chance. Price he quoted seemed fair. No pressure whatsoever. After ordering, he turned me over to Kyle Morris, another First Class UNtypical Car Salesman. Afterwards, I pestered them repeatidly, and the receptionist, Christina, was always patient in tracking someone down. (Guys could be better at returning voice mails.) Jeff Hickman was also helpful if Kyle or Zack was not around. Wanda did an excellent job tracking the vehicle during shipment and preparing it for delivery (I'm and old man and pretty picky) -- just like unpacking a new Christmas present. Only bad experience was dealing with the Finance Mgr., I think his name was Chris. I questioned him about Extd. Warr. pricing. and because of past experience with vehicle purchasing, asked him if the price was negciable. He said it was, and proceded to explain the terms. He quoted a price and I said "No thanks". He lowered the price andI I again said "NO". I asked hem what his bottom price was ,but he kept asking me what i was willing to pay. I got the "REDS" and told him "ENOUGH WAS ENOUGH". He would make a good Used Car Salesman on TV.

Good Salesperson

The salesman really knew about the car and all the features. He took the time to show me how everything worked. I believe I recieved a fair deal, the final price was below Edmunds TMV. I also recomend using the resources available on the Edmunds sight. They were very helpful. We could not get all the paperwork finished that day, so he brought them too my office the following day, on his day off. I highly recomend this dealership and would buy from them again.

Cowboy Dodge Silsbee Texas

I bought a new Dodge Journey from Cowboy Dodge in Silsbee. I have had to take it back several times. The ignition censor was finally fixed after about 5 trips to the dealer. I broke down 3 times going to work and 1 time on vacation. I had my oil changed at Cowboys and the oil cap was left off. After driving it 3000 miles another lube shop told me that the cap was left off. They asked who was the last place that did the service. I told them Cowboys. They told me that dirt or bugs could be in my engine and that it could cause me problems later on. I told Cowboys that my seat needed a bottom corner repaired. It was broke when I bought it. 1st visit they told me none of my seats were broken. 2nd visit for repair, the whole back of the seat fell off when I picked it up. 3rd visit finally fixed. Paint peeled off of the outside mirror at carwash. Bumper has not fit on car correctly since I bought it. Took it in and Service Manager said a lot of the Journeys bumpers are like that. Left it for 2 days. Picked it up and bumper had been pryed off and broken from car. The receptionist told my husband that the Service Manager was out sick and wouldnt be back until the next week. She said they did not want to have to take the whole bumper off to fix it. Now I have to take it back again for them to look at it. They have to approve whether or not your car will be fixed, still under warranty. Then you go back again after they decide what day is convenient for them. I have called the General Manager. He just switched me over to the Service Manager. I told them that all I wanted was my new car fixed. I traded off a 10 year old car that was more dependable. This has been the worse experience ever when buying a new car. I would like for the owner of this company to read my email. I should have returned the car as a LEMON. I do not think that they appreciate my business and they do not take pride in their service.

This saleaperson was A++++ in our book. He helped my husband realize his dream of owning a Fine Truck when noone else would even consider us. He was fast polite and to the point. There were no games here just real honest service and we are so happy with our new truck. We will be back next year I promise!
