I came in for my appointment with my Two yr old daughter. Carl and Trey had us out the door in our new car in record time. Both were very professional and treated us with the most respect I've seen in along time. I'll be back. Thank you Northside, Carl, and Trey. Also. Isabel loves the Blue escape!!

New 2018 F150 FX4 - Rust

1st time Ford purchase. Love the truck. Hate the rust on rear diff and other frame area components. Sending pictures to Ford. Sales Manager called it normal. Salesman called it patina. Service rep called it common. I call it rust that shouldnât be on a new vehicle. Praying Ford can fix or replace parts. Again, love the truck hate the rust. I would not recommend Ford if rusty underbody parts is normal. Iâve owned new cars and trucks - never a Ford though, and I have never seen rust on any vehicle even after years of use.

A wonderful experience at Northside Ford

As a longtime customer with several bad experiences I was a bit reluctant to visit Northside, but I was hooked up Mr J. Gonzalez and that was the best thing that could happen. My buying experience was smooth and drama free from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, honest and a man of his word. My financial rep. Mr Richard was outstanding as as well. Kudos to Northside and I do appreciate the improvements made that is obviously focused on a pleasant and satisfactory customer experience.

North Star really had the best prices that I could find in Tx. I live in San Angelo and shop all over the state for the best deal. North Star was definitely the best. Greg, Carl and Juan were outstanding and really took the time to make sure I understood everything, helped me get the best price possible and made sure my trip down went smoothly.

Deceptive Business Practices - Unethical [non-permissible content removed]

In the mood to get treated rude? Deceptive, low ball trades, numbers on deal change constantly and when called out on it they became angry. Horrible people, lie about incentives and when you don't play their game, you're out. I left without a vehicle and feeling humiliated and very upset. I've never been treated like this while buying a car. I recommend World Car dealerships. They have been so good to me and my kids for 10 years now.

New Truck Purchase

I was very skeptical when this young man assured me he could put me in more truck than I planned for the price I was wanting to spend. He returned from somewhere in the back lot with a truck that was perfect. I told him at that time I didn't think he could get me in it for the price I was wanting to spend. One trip to the office and out he walked with exactly what I wanted. No hassle, no back and forth, just straight talk about how he got to the figure I was looking for!! I came back in on his day off to get a key made and he was going to come and help me with that. Only when I insisted that he not change his plans did he change his mind. He handed me off to Paul Kalyandjian, who saw to it I got served right away. James Britt , who stayed for some of his lunch hour to get me in quicker, was awesome in getting me in and out of the service dept. Personal service all the way!!!

The best car buying experience ever! I came in on a whim to see a vehicle is online. I met Justin Williams and he got me into the car I've been eyeing for over a year. I let him know what kind of payments I was looking for and that's what I got! I'm so grateful that he took the time to listen to what I wanted and was looking for.
