onI bought a car from Benny Boyd Liberty Hill 4 yes ago and they treated me like family..I had an accident last May and totaled it I had just changed insurance companies and they messed up only put me as Liabilty only! I owed only 813.00 on my car. Benny Boyd understanding the mistake approved me for another car! I advise anyone that needs a car or truck go there if u want to be treated Right and Fair...just like a Family..Rick Nickell Ft Worth Texas

onMy service was exceptional. The lot was full of clean and shiny, well priced vehicles. I was very impressed at Benny Boyds lot compared to the other four lots I had been to that day. Kelly even came in on her day off to seal the deal. I would recommend shopping here first if your buying a used car. P.S. Jeremy the manager was also exceptional.

onI made multiple phones calls about a car I was interested in. I looked at the Carfax, asked about accidents and the condition of the car, and was assured that it was in great shape and everything had been checked out. "We're a five-star dealer with a 100-point inspection", he said. "If something's not in excellent shape we don't keep it on the lot", he said. When I arrived, the salesman made zero effort to sell the car to me. I understand why now. First I noticed the crack in the bumper. His response was "Yeah... you're not going to be a able to repair that. You'll have to replace it." He didn't respond at all when I pointed out the obvious streak of yellow paint (on a blue car) on the other side of the bumper. No accidents you say? Interesting. Paint was all scratched up, and the car smelled like dog - it wasn't even cleaned on the inside! I gave it a test drive anyway, mostly because I had already wasted hours driving out there. There was a clearly bad sound coming from the front right wheel bearing, and the brakes were in horrible condition. I went back in the office and told him I was looking for something in better condition - though I had already told him over the phone before I came out that I didn't want a beater car. He said if I changed my mind and thought of a value I'd be willing to pay, he'd "check and see how bad they wanted to sell it". Not ever going back there.
