I recently last week bought a car here and my sales associate was Kass Folkman. I definitely would recommend him to anyone on the hunt for a car or truck. He was knowledgeable of the truck line I was interested in, very responsive to me after I left with questions I had as we worked the deal, and made sure I was happy and got the deal I thought was fair and reasonable. Great job Kass. And I'm loving my truck.

Jose Fuentes is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with! He knew his cars, and he was extremely nice and helpful! He was able to get me approved when everyone else told me no. And not only did he get me approved, I was able to walk off the lot with $0 down!!! Everyone was helpful there as well. I would totally recommend people to go there!

I went looking to buy a new Toyota Tacoma. I checked a couple of places then went to Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville. Met the folks there, really liked Nick and the deal they offered. Bought a new Tacoma Double Cab v6 and am really excited about it!

100%. Satisfied with price and the no pressure regarding add on's I have purchased several corrola and Mazda for small business I own always cash and lowest bid wins. Usually they will give you an Internet price when you get there price is higher due to add ons Not this deal first time warranty and add ons were not pushed. Arrived paid the agreed amount gone in 30 minutes with a huge savings compared to other offers I'm telling you I have a lot of buying new car experience this dealer out performs them all. Salesmen was kass however one of the partners came out to meet me and turned out we already knew each other Call this dealer and just talk I cannot see you buying somewhere else they have sold me. Will be buying another carola in 3-17 guarantee it will bought there.

I live in Houston, Texas and looking for a 2017 Tacoma with specific specifications, I was also trading my truck in and ask if they could find one and this was on 8/17 late in the afternoon. The very next morning on 8/18 by 9:00am I received a phone call from Ali and they had located the truck I wanted in San Antonio. Within maybe an hour we had a deal. They had the truck shipped to there dealership Prepped it and Ken Shepherd delivered it to me on Tuesday 8/23. I thank Ali and Ken for making my experience important to me and to them. I have to thank Ken for his patience in delivering my truck to me. On his way down to Houston and about 100 miles away the freeway was completely shut down. Ken said as soon as I get through this I will be there as soon as I can. Well Ken was a few hours late which I didn't mind because Ken had the long drive home and I felt bad so while I was waiting on him I went and filled my truck up for him so he would not have to stop on the way home. Ken finally arrived and with a great attitude and was very helpful. We completed the deal and Ken wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied before he left. Thank you Ken, Ali and the Lone Star Toyota Team !! This is by far my best experience in buying a car and you have just gained a loyal customer too.

My salesman was Thibeaut.I bought this car new on 7/23/2016.The whole process took about 3hrs and I drove away with my brand new Rav4 after earlier on nasty experience with another dealership. They were able to march the Internet quote from the previous dealer and I left a happy customer. February this i bought a new 2016 Corolla S for daughter and that transaction was excellent. It took about 2hrs to conclude at the same dealership

We had a good experience purchasing our new Corolla this past 4th of July weekend. Our salesman was David Shimanek. We explained him that we needed a car for our daughter who goes to school out of state. And that it needed to be reliable and affordable. After ruling out the used cars, he got us in a new Corolla with much discounts due to slight hail damage. They are even fixing the hail damage. Thank you also to the financing Dept. What really stood out to us was the test drive. David sat in the front with our daughter while she drove. He took the time to explain the car to her and gave her tips on safety. He really treated her with respect . It impressed me and my husband as we sat in the back. If there is any negatives to the whole experience maybe the 4-5 hour wait. But the 2nd was a very busy day for them. We know this car is a blessing from God. And we couldn't have asked for a better salesman than David Shimanek.

After spending months with a different Toyota dealership and dealing with lies and delays I switched over to Lone Star Toyota and had the best experience buying a car I've ever had. It wasn't painless, because buying a car never is, however it was the closest thing you could get to painless when purchasing a vehicle. My sales associated was Jack Mitchell and he was a pleasure to work with. Their team was persistent but not pushing. I had some modifications done to the car and the service department was as professional as the sales department. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to come here!

Lonestar Toyota gives you a false impression. They imply they are willing to negotiate prices, and encourage you to come out to assure you like the vehicle first. However, they do not budge on their prices and expect since you already made the drive out there that you'll buy on the spot. My fiance bought a car there several years ago, and they even gave false notions that they would take care of issues on our used Solara purchased, but they didn't. Thereafter, we gave them two more chances recently this year, and they were unable to live up to their word on negotiations.

[non-permissible content removed]!!! AVOID TALKING TO NORMAN. HE WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE!!! I visited this dealership to trade in my 2009 Toyota Avalon. They made an offer which I didn't like so I walked away without disappointment. Next day, I get a call from Norman and he tells me that I can get you an extra $3K for the Avalon for the trade in if you bring it in to me ASAP because they are short on used car inventory. I said okay and went in the next day to trade in my vehicle. When I went in, Norman said, "well, the trade-in value I gave you over the phone was just get you excited to get you come in. I didn't really mean it. What I'm offering you today is the real and final offer." I was pissed off when I heard this. I went all the way there just to trade in my car only to find out that he was just making up numbers so that people can come to his shop?? That's messed up.

New Car Purchase

Not knowing 100% what we wanted, our Sales pro "Jack" answered question after question, two test drives and 3 trips to Mgrs to get best deal. We drove away with new 2016 4x4 4Runner. Start to Finish was about 4 hrs and F&I even worked to get better rates, very friendly and engaged in the overall process. Very Nice and asked a couple times if all our questions where answered. After Sale "Jack" help get the Entune JBL Nav system setup and went though all the bell and whistles to make sure we understand what did what, "Jack" Made sure 1st Service was setup, and we received a couple follow up email s one from Dealership and one for "Jack". We didn't feel pressure or overly upsold on anything. I should have pushed for some wheel locks, you think they come with, my bad for not thinking of that one.

Our family worked with Derek Song to purchase a new car. Purchasing a car from Lone Star Toyota was painless. Derek was very knowledgeable and able to answer the never-ending questions from my family. He was very courteous throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Derek Song to those in need of a Toyota car. Also, we worked with Daniel Gonazalez for financing the car. He was also patient in explaining the process to us. Daniel made the financing portion also painless and easy to understand. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership to those who are looking to purchase a vehicle.

Very professional and upfront. I recently purchased a 2015 Toyota Tundra and I am always skeptical when purchasing a new vehicle from the dealer, largely due to horror stories about being ripped off or lied to. All my questions were answered upfront and I felt very informed even after doing my homework. In short it was a great deal and I am very pleased with my Tundra, I never write reviews but I would definitely recommend these guys if you're car shopping!
