Transparent, honest, willing to do almost all the work over the phone and via email & text since we live 1-1/2 hrs away. Did not try to push us into another, more expensive car when we were set on a specific vehicle & trim line which was hot selling and in limited inventory. Oh yeah - and by far the best price of the 4-5 Honda dealers we drove past to get there. Kimberly Williams and Victor certainly earned our gratitude and future business.

The reason it took four people is that the day I picked up the car the original two I worked with were not in. I found everyone to be helpful.
