Always a good experience
These guys really know their stuff. My Equus is hard to get good service on because there were a few technicians that know how to handle these cars and they know how to take good care of an Equus. I keep coming back!
Two sisters, two cars, two incredible experiences!
My sister bought her first car here two years ago, and she and my mom had an amazing customer service experience and swore they'd come here from now on whenever we needed a new car (they home delivered her car with balloons and streamers to complete the experience...I mean, that's just awesome!). Fast forward to today, and I was in desperate need of a car after a wreck totaled my old one. I'm a grad student, I commute a lot, and I'm on a budget folks, so my situation was getting complicated. From the minute I heard from Mike the internet manager, it was nothing but respect, transparency, and going above and beyond to make my experience run smoothly! I told him my worries, needs, wants, and he put me in the very capable hands of Faith Thomas! She was WONDERFUL!! She called me the day before to answer any questions I had and made sure to make a connection with me so I wasn't coming in blind to the dealership! She treated me and my grandparents (co-signing with me) like old friends and was sweet, funny, respectful, and to the point. No flashy gimmicks, no sketchy behavior or sales tactics, no putting the pressure on--just pure customer service. You could instantly tell she loved her job and wanted to make our experience a great one! And boy, did she!! I drove out with my new car today at a better price and better service than I found anywhere else in a 45 mile radius from my home! In addition to the lovely Faith, the manager Kyle and the finance guy Caleb continued this sparkling service and made us feel comfortable and taken care of our entire time there! My mom had told me the Roger Beasley team was fantastic and I actively looked for problems there so I didn't have to tell her she was right...she's always right. The service at the dealers in Round Rock and Austin Texas cannot EVEN compare, and at this point in my lengthy car search, I can honestly say I'm not exaggerating. We drove almost an hour to do business with Roger Beasley Kyle, and it was Beyond Worth It!! I adore my new car and I will be coming back here to upgrade in 2 years after graduation! Wouldn't go anywhere else!!
Awesome car buying experience
David Kimble was awesome and very patient during my car buying experience. He took the time out to explain everything in detail with no pressure. I would definitely recommend this dealership and also David.
Service above and beyond and peace of mind
We needed a second key for the used vehicle we purchased from Roger Beasley Hyundai. For peace of mind you need to have a back up key! David Kimbell was extremely helpful and made the arrangements for me to pick up that key. Even though it was his day off, he answered all my questions and got everything set up for me. When I arrived at the dealership later in the day, James was very helpful and in no time I was on my way with that second key.
The best buying experience I ever had
This was by far the best buying experience I ever had. David Kimbell was very patient and answered all my question immediately and remained engaged no matter how trivial the question was and tried very hard to understand where I was coming from and what I was wanting to accomplish with my purchase. He was always available to assist and if he said he would call back he did. Dominic Tonsi ,pre-owned sales manager, was also super friendly and made sure that we understood all of the pricing that was involved with the vehicle purchase and gave an accurate out the door price for the vehicle with tax title and license. He was also very friendly and came out and met with us personally so that we didnt' feel like we were dealing with a mystery man behind the curtain. The whole transaction was very straight forward and transparent. He got my information over to financing . Financing and finalizing the deal was also extremely painless. Kyle Larmey did an excellent job explaining everything and making sure we got the most out of their extra sales products without any pressure. He also was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Lastly was Mark Marek the general manager. He came out and made sure that everything was going smoothly and that all of our questions were answered. Great staff and Awesome service. Thank you
I bought a car from the dealership in October and the process was just awesome. Everyone you meet at the dealership has a personal touch. I have also taken my car for oil changes since then and it's just magnificent. You feel like you are a part of the business as a customer and that is hard to achieve these days. That is why I say it's just an awesome experience

PHENOMINAL customer service!
After a terrible couple of experiences with the Service department at a South Austin Hyundai dealership - this place more than made up for it! I passed by on my way to do an errand in New Braunfels & decided I would stop by to schedule my maintenance needed on my new car on the way back to home. Since the other dealership seemed clueless about a maintenance plan I purchased when buying my new car and refused to honor it - this dealership didn't give me the run around and all they needed was the paperwork! The turn around was awesome because less than 24 hours later - the light that had came on was checked, oil change was done and car was washed! If you're in this part of Texas and it's less than a hour drive or so for you, make the drive! You won't be sorry. Customer service is huge and they've got it down. Plan to keep my new car for years to come but I know exactly where I'll be going when I need a new one. Thanks to everyone who works here! You guys rock!
First time buyer
Dani and the rest of the staff calmed my nerves while I purchased my first car ever! Yaaaaay! My boyfriend bought a car from Roger Beasley Kyle last year and the experience was so pleasant, we decided to come back when it was my turn. They have an excellent selection of new and used cars, trucks and SUVs all at great prices. I would recommend Roger Beasley dealerships to friends and family.

My wife traveled 6.5 hours to get the SUV she was looking for. Only Roger Beasley Hyundai in Kyle had the specific SUV she wanted at the right price. SGT. D made the process so easy, it was done completely over my cell phone. My wife showed up, signed the papers, and off she drove. SGT. D is overnighting what I need to sign, and it is as simple as that. They gave us a fair trade in value on the SUV that my wife drove to the dealership in.
