    I had an excellent experience throughout sales & finance. My new 535i is amazing. My advisor Max & Finance manager Harry were very respectful & made me a great deal. I wish things could have gone a little quicker but overall great job. Thanks again Max and Harry.

    I was a bit hesitant to purchase a vehicle over the internet, but I was dead wrong, I negotiated an amazing price - $800 below true market value according to Edmunds. To further prove it's effectiveness, I did this while I was working in South Africa...an 8 hour time difference. My saleswoman was straight forward and willing to negotiate. I would gladly purchase another vehicle from Caprisha! Fantastic overall first time car buying experience. Thanks Edmunds for all your advice, tips, and information :)

    I had a great experience with the Momentum BMW Mini dealership. My sales person, Alex, made the whole buying process so much easier than I thought it would be. I had to special order my MINI JCW hardtop and the wait was dreadful, but Alex kept up with me and let me know the progress of the car. After the car arrived he thoroughly took the time to tell me all about the car and the special features that I probably never would have known about. And what makes him so awesome is that he found some scratches that happened during the service that I probably would have completely missed! I'm so glad he did because I would've been pretty mad if I had to pay for something I didn't even do. But to sum things up, I really had an great buying experience and I definitely recommend you hitting up Alex if you want a smooth and awesome buying experience!

    MINI was not in my plans when I decided to buy a new car, but while driving around we decided to stop 'just to look' and I was greatly surprised on how nice the cars are, the facilities and the service we got when we got there. I came back the next week to buy the car, again the service was great I'm really happy that we ended up 'just look'ing.

    I live in Colorado, but purchased a used M3 from Momentum BMW in Houston. I traded in a 335i for it. I had a great experience with the dealership. I dealt with Rod M. specifically. He gave me a fair trade in value for my 335i before I traveled from Colorado, and he stuck to that value when I got there. The price on the M3 was also very reasonable I think. The buying experience once I got there was smooth. They handled everything well, including issues related to me registering the car in another state.

    Salesperson Kyle helped set me up with a custom ordered BMW 135i convertible. At the time of my order, I was in Hawaii with the intent to pick up my new vehicle in Houston on leave while transferring. Out of the big 'three' dealers in Houston, I was swayed towards Momentum because of three reasons 1.) Close to my parent's residence, for convenience when visiting 2.) BMW offered the best price for my made-to-order car versus other dealers 3.) Kyle was the easiest to work with and had the most support to the consumer out of all three. Of note: Kyle was receptive to my desires for the vehicle. He did not attempt to lead me down a path to add on things I didn't want. When it came time to get the order in, Momentum was able to swap quotas (production dates) in order to get my vehicles priority bumped up a little bit to ensure it would be in Texas in time for my arrival. And of course, when playing the waiting game, he was receptive and understanding to my questions regarding status update, wanting to see photos when it arrived, etc. Always made time for me as a customer even though the sale was essentially made. Pickup day was a breeze too. In and out of the dealer in about 2 hours - probably could have been less if I was in a hurry. Overall, highly recommend working with Kyle for purchasing a new BMW.
