Awesome customer service

Kenneth Lazard was my salesman .. he approached me right away as I was looking at 2018 Camry's .. he was definitely ready to assist me in every way he could and was ready to make a sale .. he is not the typical pushy salesman .. he listened to me and what I wanted and he didn't try to persuade me into getting something that I did not want as my heart and mind was set on the new 2018 Camry. He was very friendly, helpful , optimistic and knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased .. I really appreciate his awesome customer service and my finance guy was awesome too ! I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends.

Had a problem with the service side but managers took care of the problem

Had a problem with the service side of the dealership but spoke to the general manager and he took care of the problem. I'm happy with the outcome but it took a few phone calls and visits to get things right.

oil change / tire rotation

Paid $65.92 for oil change/tire rotation the dealership never did any of it. When I found out 15 minutes later, their advise was to bring back the vehicle which I refused. I would sell both my Toyotas and go to another manufacturer. Mike Calvert is exceedingly unethical.

MIKE CALVERT TOYOTA "DOESN'T" STAND BEHIND THEIR SERVICE!

Mike Calvert Toyota has the worst customer service of any Car Dealership I have ever dealt with. I filed a formal complaint with Toyota Corporation and the BBB. I would "never" recommend Mike Calvert Toyota and will do everything in my power to discourage anyone from doing business with them. If you see a response from Mike Calvert to this complaint, don't believe anything they say! Check out the BBB and you will see all the complaints against them. My complaint hasn't shown up yet, but it will. Mike Calvert Toyota is the epitome of everyone's opinion of a "used car salesman". Their entire Dealership epitomizes that perception. I will continue to the day I die to discourage anyone from doing business with Mike Calvert Toyota! It's just the beginning of my mission to spread this message LOUD AND CLEAR! THIS COMENT IS BASED ON MY OPINION AND I HAVE THE RIGHT TO THAT OPINION. I'M GIVING THEM "ONE" STAR, "ONLY" BECAUSE THIS REVIEW BOARD REQUIRES AND ENTRY IN THAT FIELD. MIKE CALVERT TOYOTA DESERVES "NO" STARS AND "NO" RESPECT!

Great sales person

I have bought 4 cars from Mike Calvert, I cant rate the dealership as a whole. But I have bought 4 of the vehicles from Greg Hoogerwerf. So hard nowadays to find an honest salesman. He simply says this is what I have, this is sticker and this is what I can sell it for. He took the time to go over what I wanted from when I wanted something sporty and fun for me, when I traded that in for my truck for work to something safe and economical for my wife and son. I have sent many friends and relatives to him and every one of them has been appreciative for introducing them. If your looking for an honest straightforward salesmen that wont jerk you around ask for Greg, and tell him Josh said hi! I will be buying another truck from him again.

online sales is a joke?!

when calling Ken Smith, he stated he sent multiple quotes via email when actually he sent none, just a single email and 2 voice msgs to call him. he offered a sticker price. i then asked for no negotiation, and he proceeded to offer a $2k discount off msrp and stated that all the 'fees' are standard for all cars & all dealers. still no written quote...

Be cautious with financial manager

I have bought an SUV in this dealership. I am very sad with financial there. Please be very cautious for the financial manager. He will misleading you to buy the expensive service you never need. He will keep mention monthly payment is not changing and add all kinds service on your contract. He will not mention about the extended warranty, instead he will mislead you to sign a 7 years warranty contract and misleading you to think it is one part of monthly payment. He will not mention about the price of all the service before and after you sign contract. Once you sign it, you are under their mercy. Below is the price of the service you do need to buy. LoJack: 385.00 Extended warranty: 1127.00 Once you do not want to buy those service, he will become very impatient and even angry, that is because he will not get the commission about those service. Just tell him, I do not shop under pressure and then leave that dealership.

Terrible!

I visited this car dealership Sept. 1 with intention to get pricing and possibly buy an new Camry. I can not tell you how disappointed I was walking out of this place. The first salesman was careless. He had no written information regarding options pricing. He was unenthusiastic and unwelcoming. The next salesman who stood there and overheard my husband and I discussed about the type of Camry we were thinking of getting, came and offered us seats in his cubicle. He was neither friendly. Optional pricing he gave us was contradicting each other the first and second time around (also contradicted with the first salesman's quote). We left the place and went to Honda dealership and was vow to never come back to this dealership. I will make sure to share the experience to my friends and family.
