My wife and I leased a new Grand Cherokee Limited with the help of Josh Miller. He was so nice and great in telling us the features of the car and taking us on a test drive. I would like to say thank you Josh for an outstanding experience! Grand Cherokee is my favorite car !

Anything for a sale

Our sales rep was new, so I understand not knowing everything. However, making up things and flat out lying is unacceptable. He had no idea what he was talking about when it came to the warranty. He first said the Honda Pilot we were buying was certified through Honda. When I explained that wasn't possible since they aren't a Honda dealership he said Frisco Chrysler certified it which gave us anow additional 2 year bumper to bumper warranty extending the manufacturer to 5 total. Also during the "negotiation" period he claimed the sales manager approved a year of free oil changes. He said all of this would be in the paper work. WELL...back in the finance office we found out "there is no such thing as bumper to bumper, and they could not approve the oil changes". On top of ALL that I asked for the vehicle to be detailed since it was pretty dirty. Well it looks horrible. So now I'm going to have to come out of pocket to get it cleaned. There is brown sticky stuff all over and dust. The outside even has spots of product all over it. I would not recommend this dealership. The only good part was Manny in finance.

About two months ago we went in to purchase a car for my wife. We had a specific budget and needs in the car and Brandon and Manny came through for us. My wife is the proud owner of a 2015 Jeep Patriot. We got it used with less than 11,000 mi on it. It fits us perfectly and we are thankful for everything Brandon and Manny have did to get us in the car!

Left car to service check engine light, had to get rental car, picked up car a few days later - on my way home and service light still on! Back again this week. Reps are nice but don't want to hear about car issues - only want positive feedback. My 2014 Jeep Cherokee has had many issues.

I went here earlier this evening and test drove 2 cars. I had pretty much decided I was going to go with the lower end dodge instead of considering a Chrysler. The salesman Jon and sales manager Todd explained several options and things to consider when trying to get the most for your $$ but also something you'll still be happy driving. I didn't even sign one piece of paper. They knew I was just looking so far, but still spent about 2 hours with me answering every question I could think of.

Horrible Experience

I went to the Frisco Chrysler dealership on the afternoon of Saturday, 01/23/2016. I test drove a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk with Julian. I was told that this car was heavily rebated and was not listed online since it was so cheap. Upon arriving back at the dealership, Julian said we should go inside and start the paperwork to get pre-qualified for financing. I told Julian that I had already been pre-qualified with my own bank and wanted to know the sticker price of the Jeep. I was left sitting at the table in the showroom for over half an hour. Upon leaving, I got a phone call from Julian asking why I had left. I told him why I had left and asked if he had the price. I was told that he was not the bank and could not provide any numbers. I told him I was on my way to another dealership and was told "if you want to start this whole process over again with another dealership, that's fine, whatever". I then filed a complaint with a Sales Manager, Todd, he heard my complaint, gave me the price of the car (which did not have rebates), but then I never heard from him again. I ended up buying a 2016 Jeep Cherokee from Huffines Chrysler in Plano. Frisco Chrysler is THE WORST DEALERSHIP. Everyone I know is going to know what a horrible experience I had and to avoid this location! So sad that even a Sales Manager did not care about selling me a car.

In 2013, I purchased a new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo from the previous owners of this dealership. (Pat Lobb) It was one of the worst car buying experiences I've ever had, and I swore I would never go back... Not even for service to my current vehicle. HOWEVER, I heard from colleagues that this dealership was now under new ownership. This past week, I was shopping for a new 2015 Grand Cherokee Limited, and I decided to give the "new" dealership a shot. The purchasing experience with them was excellent... so much better than the last time and far above my expectations. I shopped for the vehicle first on their website and submitted a request for more information. Within a few minutes, I was contacted by the Internet Sales Manager, Felix Vasquez. Felix was very knowledgeable and helpful. He told me they would be very straightforward and transparent. (I've heard this before, so I was skeptical.) As it turned out, he was right. The entire purchasing process was very straightforward, easy, and fast. Keep up the good work guys!
