Overall had an excellent sales guy Chris who went above and beyond. Wasn’t extremely happy with financing J.M. they could have explained better and not pushed on warranties and extended things I really didn’t need or want or understand and when I asked to explain he kind of was a little shady and wouldn’t take the time out to explain himself better on what he was trying to up-sale on my new vehicle. But after I had time to go home and rethink of what all he had pressured me into getting that was not really what I needed or what we wanted in the first place I had the chance to come back and change somethings and get what I felt was explained more in detail and not pushed and pressured on me the first go around. He also had not completed all my paperwork/ contract the first time I was there and was sending me blank ( not filled out ) emails wanting me to sign them which I refused because who knows what I could be signing if the blankets were empty !! But overall the dealership did make up for the weak areas when I did have concerns on the uncomfortable matter.

X and Josh were helpful and friendly. Loving my truck so far. Once the decision was made to purchase it took hours and hours and hours to get to the paperwork portion of the appointment.(thus minus one star)

Place to corral my Mustang!

This dealership has continued to treat both of my Mustangs with precision and excellence. Recently had a "check engine" light come on. They diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repairs as soon as the parts arrived. My other Mustang came in for normal service (oil change, etc.). Not only did they handle everything perfectly, they even brought me home and then delivered my car to my door when done. You can't beat that manner of personal service and attention to detail.

Moving forward to this past weekend, my husband brought my car in for an oil change and after meeting Hayden H. He ended up buying a brand new Ford F150. If you go to auto nation ford ford your car needs be sure to deal with manny! Especially if you’re getting a bronco, he knows EVERYTHING there is to know. I arrived early Saturday morning for service on our Ford Expedition at AutoNation Ford Fort Worth. My Service Advisor, Darla Marshall, when told I was waiting, regretfully told me they were already behind and it might be awhile. I had barely settled into my comfortable chair in the customer lounge, when Darla approached. I felt uncertainty, fearful that that something worse had been found, and/or the wait would be much longer than projected. To my pleasant surprise, Darla informed me that all was complete and I was ready to go. Such pleasant efficiency on a super busy day was much appreciated and has been the norm at AutoNation Ford Fort Worth. Kudos!!

I have gone back to Auto Nation 3 times - twice for light reset due to oil change message kept coming on. I highly recommend Stephen Hunter, Assistant Manager. He helped me twice. The other time I was supposedly helped by a different A.M. He didn't return emails. Stephen H. returned emails immediately or within 1 hour. Very helpful when trying to make an appointment. Very friendly and an excellent rep for Auto Nation.

Susan Lee and Johnny Wood were the best!! We bought a car, not certified but still great. Took it home, and the next day had a consistent loud noise and then a dead battery. We weren’t interested in having them buy the car back because we loved it, but the service team was SO HELPFUL! They told me to bring it up there, they checked it, fixed ALL of the problems I had, and charged me $0. Yes, that was the right thing to do, but they didn’t have to do that. They could have easily said, “No, I’m sorry, you bought it, no warranty.” But they went above and beyond. Fixed it, and fast! I was so appreciative of their help! Both such kind people also. I will always recommend this service department over and over! Thanks Johnny and Susan!!

Chris Thomas made this sale super easy for us! We found the car my daughter loved, drove it, bought it, all in a couple of hours. No long waiting, no back and forth to sales manager as in a typical car sale. Chris was very friendly, personable, and made our day very easy. Josh did a great job with signing as well. It was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car !! Chris Thomas was my salesman ! I told him my story & that I needed a car in the worst way & everything I had all kinds of stuff going on w/ my totaled car so he promised he could help me & sure enough he got me what I needed & got me in a car & exactly the payment I wanted !! I was crying with excitement!! My parents were happy for me I did something for myself & by myself was what I wanted I told the dealership & Chris Thomas the salesman!!
