    Salesman was personable and likable. Front license plate holder not installed on vehicle in a state requiring plates front and back. Dealership provided the plate holder. I installed it myself. Found problems with the Certified Pre-Owned 172-Point Vehicle Inspection Checklist. Dealership needs Quality Assurance Inspectors.

    I found the vehicle I wanted on line , they responded right away and I scheduled a test drive. Once I decided that I wanted to get the vehicle we completed the sale. I’m very pleased and would recommend the dealership.

    Went in to look at F-150 Lariat's, specifically, wanting particular towing capabilities, etc. And from "go" my salesman was not aggressive, but helpful! I didn't buy the first day, but when I did decide to buy, the process was smooth, easy, no hassle. Great people from sales to GM to finance to service. I'm hard to please, but they've done it all the way around. I waited to do this review because of a couple of things I wanted taken care of..they were done..no problem. I'm a believer! Shout out to Norris Nash.

    Chris Phillips is a great no nonsense salesman that is helpful, down to earth, and responsive. He did not insult my intelligence with high pressure tactics, nor try to get me to settle on a vehicle. He was straightforward in his approach. Jonathan in Finance is also straight forward and will work with you to get a deal done. Great teamwork at Auto Nation Burleson.

    Best vehicle buying experience I have ever had, from the time I walked thru the door to the time I drove away in my new F150. A friend purchased a truck the week before me and recommended a Mr Lynch. Mr Lynch in sales and Mr Jones in finance exceeded all my expectations. They will be my go to for my next vehicle purchase and I will be recommending these 2 men to all my family and friends.

    I visited Autonation Ford in Burleson TX. Was impressed by Chris Phillips and the used car manager. Those guys worked hard to assist me and make the experience comfortable. Although I didn't purchase at the time, i do intend to return when my current auto lease expires.

    This was my first experience with AutoNation of Burleson and I was very impressed. My e-mails were promptly returned, had an offer on my trade-in before visiting the dealer. Robert Young was excellent and was very knowledgeable. He filled in for Scott Lynch who was on vacation when I was finally able to visit the dealership. Great team effort. If you are looking for a new truck, you must give this dealership a chance to earn your business you will not be disappointed.

    I just moved to DFW from Houston, where I had just purchased my Focus from Ryan Ford in May. So I had not yet brought the car in for any service. However, over the Labor Day weekend, my low tire pressure signal came on and I found out that I had a leak in one of the tires. So when I called to make an appointment, the man on the phone said that they were fully booked but to stop in anyways because they'd likely be able to fit me in. I got there and within 5 minutes, the service manager (Brandon young) came out and assisted me. He said that there was only one service advisor left at the center for the day, but they'd take care of me. Every single person that I spoke to had beyond amazing customer service skills. Since there was only one service advisor there, I did have to wait for 1.5 hours, but I didn't mind because Brandon was continually becoming on me and filling me in on what was being done to my car. He even told me that they were going to be doing all of the work (patching the tire and an oil change) for free since it was my first visit to their location! Claire was working at the front desk and she was very helpful when I realized I had misplaced my wallet (which I had later found at my house). Mike Wood was the service advisor working on my car and he did a great job as well! I'm beyond impressed with the service here and I plan on coming to this location for all future business.

    I emailed R Young about a specific truck. He replied quickly and told him I would be out between 3-5 to take a look. I got there at 230 and the truck was pulled up and ready for a test drive. Sat down ran numbers and signed and were out quickly. Easiest transaction purchasing a vehicle I have ever had.

    My 2008 Mustang Gt is a show car that travels the country. It rarely, if ever, goes to a dealership for Service, as I do most service myself, and others are taken to specialty shops where I stay with the vehicle. This time I had no choice because I needed to get the airbag inflator recall performed. I decided to try out AutoNation Ford of Burleson for the first time. Ford stated that I should allow 4 hours for the work. I personally went to the Service Department and met Carrie, who immediately knew what I needed and set me up an appointment when I was available. The appointment was for 8am, they took the car once I arrived. Then the floor mat and driver seat were covered to protect them. The car was sent to the staging area, I walked to the local McDonalds for breakfast. Once I returned the service technician drove the car into it's bay, I followed and stood outside the bay door, as he expertly performed the inflator exchange. He returned the car to the Service area, I went to the cashier window, and was done with everything at 8:50. A very positive experience, especially for someone who doesn't often allow other's to touch his vehicle.

    Our salesman, Aaron Cross, was good to deal with he was knowledgeable about the product he was selling . There were no surprises and things went as they should, we would return to this dealership or recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. Thank you Aaron.

    I brought my car in for service, Ann Marie was my advisor and was awesome. She took the time to explain things I didn't quite understand and had patience with me while I asked plenty of questions. She was very professional and helpful. I left a happy customer for the second time, the first being when I bought my vehicle, great staff and service.

    Service writer Ramaldo Guillen was very rude saying that my tire was just cosmetic damage and there was nothing wrong with it. He wouldn't even take the time to squat down and look at the tire. I told him you could pull the piece of cut rubber back on the tire and see the cord in the tire on the side wall and the tire needs replaced. He just keep saying it was jus cosmetic damage. I said let the mechanics check it out and they said it was bad and they changed my tire out. This guy tried to make me believe that nothing was wrong with my tire which in fact it was not Safe He needs to take his job more serious on Safety issues that the coustomers are bringing there cars in to get looked at. I will not be bringing my truck back to this dealer for service because I feel Ramaldo had very poor coustomer service and does not take his job serious. Very very poor additude and just keep talking over me not even listening to what I had to say. This is not what I expect from my local Ford dealer very upset.

    Craig Parr was great! Had an problem with some other ford dealerships with followup and getting what I wanted for what I wanted! Craig was great from the start. Called me up to find out what I was interested in and we went from there. At the time I wasn't looking to get into an F150 for another month but he showed me exactly what I was looking for and we closed the deal the same day! Absolutely would recommend seeing Craig Parr if you're shopping to get into a new car!

    I recently bought a new Ford F-250 from Jimmy Johnson at AutoNation in Burleson, Texas. Jimmy is an excellent person and a better salesman. He not only made me feel comfortable, but he worked to get the exact truck and deal that I asked for. AutoNation was an excellent experience for us. Everyone from Jimmy, to the manager, to finance department was top notch and down to earth. It was the easiest dealership I have dealt with.
