    Do not trust AutoNation Cadillac Amarillo West. Lance, the used car sales manager, assured me I could get my used Jeep’s hood (with only 220 miles and hail damage on the hood) fixed for around $500. This helped me make my purchase decision. I was from out of town after horrible luck with my Tahoe, so he sent me to an AutoNation in Burleson (70 miles from my home). I drove to Burleson and was immediately told it could not be repaired because the hood was aluminum. So, I wasted my time, wasted 140 miles, and would not have bought the Jeep. Now, I have to spend over $1,000 on a new hood and be without the Jeep for 4 days. Lance would do nothing to help me get another AutoNation to help me with a fair price, even though he assured me I could go to any AutoNation back home and they would all be happy to help me. My salesman, Aaron, was fantastic. He did all he could to help me, and I highly recommend him. Very nice and very honest. Of course, it goes without saying to not trust the finance department. Micah took advantage of my vulnerable predicament, selling me wheel and and tire coverage that I got at Discount Tire for 1/5 of the price. I never buy those warranties but she lowered my interest rate but made it difficult to cancel and had an attitude with me. She was also avoiding my phone calls and I had to waste so much of my time making sure she cancelled my warranty. Very unprofessional. Lance also screened my calls. I would be told they were at their desk and then they would see I as calling and it would go to voicemail without fail. Unfortunately, this AutoNation is like too many other dealerships...they act like they care about you until finalizing the purchase, then they just shove you aside. Do NOT trust them!!

    Two and a half hours for an oil change? That's WITH an appointment made two days before. We have one or two more prepaid oil changes. After that, we won't be back.

    I've taken a lot of cars to be serviced over the years. Never have I been treated with the respect that I had been treated with here. Service was scheduled a day in advance, I arrived early, they had the paperwork already completed and knew what I was there for. I'm not accustomed to that.

    In and out with very little waiting. Waiting room well stocked with coffee, colas, and snacks. Even though my 11-year-old vehicle had some other issues, they just told me what they were... no pressure to make repairs.

    Coby Venhaus was very helpful and knowledgeable about the service business. I went to get what I thought would be a small job. But aftthe initial inspection they found that I needed something else that needed attention. Anyway e will come in a few days to get the repairs done. Thank you

    Took vehicle in for headlamp adjustment. Service Department very courteous and also very prompt. Also used their shuttle service to be able to have lunch and complete some shopping at nearby mall while waiting on service. All employees were so friendly and also professional. Repairs were completed to my satisfaction.

    I have taken my vehicle in on a couple of occasions to get problems fixed. Both times they said they identified the problem and fixed it and charged me handsomely for their time...both times I ended up taking the vehicle somewhere else because the issue that was "fixed" re-occurred. I have decided that I will not waste my time taking my vehicle back there for service. Recently I received a safety recall notice for my Chevrolet, and because Autonation is the only Chevy dealar in town I called and made an appointment to get the recall taken care of. When I arrived at the appt, they wrote down my mileage and told me they didn't have the parts and would have to order them. Why couldn't they tell me that when I made the appointment? I had to take off work to take my car in so they can tell me to make another appointment when the parts come in. That was a week ago and so far have not heard anything from them. My recommendation is to get you car serviced elsewhere.

    I had a warrant recall, but I only know about it because I showed up for an oil change in May. After 12 notices from GM telling me to order the parts....I finally got a call, in September. When I got my car back at 6:30, (dropped off at 11 AM), I was just glad to have it as it was promised around 2. The next AM, I find that the steering column is not attached and there are old scratches on the part that was supposed to be new. The service mgr. said he would go back and get the parts. But he didn't. He said that the whole part wasn't replaced, yet on GM's website, it clearly shows the WHOLES part to be replaced. They did give me two key's although. And if they replaced the ignition switch, as they said, why did my old key work. No answers for that and no old parts like he said he was getting for me. They put my steering column back together and reminded me that they ordered Arts for another recall. I said I didn't feel, after this that they should do the work. He got snotty and told me I could pickup the parts and have them put on some where else. I asked the General Manager to call me and I got some flunky that called me, so I guess they don't care.     My wife and I bought a new 2014 Malibu, traded in our Equinox. Treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy. Aaron did a super job showing us all the features, we are somewhat tech challenged. Great price and experience!
