Forced to buy the car/Worse experience of my life

It was a bad experience dealing w the salesman all the way to the finance… manger. The General manger never took/answer any of my calls. I will never go to that dealership again or recommend to family or friends.Loretta, we are deeply disappointed by your experience at AutoNation Honda 385. I sent an email asking about the car. They respond within a couple of minutes. Did all… the negotiating via email. When I went into the dealership they picked right up where we left off in the emails. Went for a test drive, got the money part done and i was out of there. While getting all this done, I had my 3 kids with me, this dealership had a playroom for the kids and when my two year old started to get bored a nice gentleman brought him a balloon to play with. When I left with my new car it was cleaned inside and out. All of the stickers and plastic was taken off. Anything worth keeping like the window sticker and such was put with the owners book, nice and neat. I couldn't ask for a better experience.Hi, thank you for your positive review. I was impressed as to how friendly and relaxed the people, the process of… purchasing, and everyone I came into contact was. I purchased a 2018 Honda Clarity plug in hybrid Touring. Based on Honda's reputation, I moved from another hybrid brand and it proved to be the right choice. This Honda vehicle not only looked great outside, but interior as well. The battery milage is fantastic and the car put the fun back in driving. In two weeks of driving, we have not used a drop of gas driving around town. We had driven the Insight with another sales representative before Mr. Price and had just test drove another make at a different dealership but decided to test drive the… Honda Insight one more time before buying a Prius. We have three Hondas and have been pleased with all of them but wanted a Hybrid! Mr. Price was knowledgeable about the Insight and answered all of our concerns!!!! This was the first time we had met Mr. Price and we are grateful we did, otherwise we would be driving a Prius.Untruthful
