RUDE and MisLeading
by RH on 07/06/2026We have owned a Hyundai since 2007. The RUDE treatment of the service person on July 1st was somewhat of a shock to us and something we NEVER thought would happen to us. (Let me digress a minute. During the purchase process back in July… 2023 Rob Crockett made the statement to us that the 2 purchases were to be covered bumper to bumper for 3 years/36000 miles Iam sure of this because the Kona was a demo vehicle and I wanted to ensure the kona was included in this warrenty. ) That brings us to July 1st we have been having shaking issues with the Kona and scheduled service. When I made the appointment on the phone I explained to the lady our warrenty was due to expire and what are issues are. We were never informed that this service was not covered under warrenty. At the shop the VERY RUDE service person was not professional and was very firm that under no circumstances would are service be under warrenty. Not even the inspection he stated would cost us approximately 190.00. How would the RUDE service person have knowledge of what was if any issues we were having without having it checked? and being wwe were inside our warrenty the inspection should have been covered and who knows what would have been uncovered. ESPECIALLY SINCE THIS IS A HUGE SAFETY ISSUE!. We have had NOTHING but a bad relationship with the service since we purchased the 2 vehicle July 2023. Makes us think REALLY hard about were we want to spend our money!

Best Price, Best Service, Best Experience
by BobbyD40 on 09/22/2015I have bought 2 new Hyundai Cars from Wilson County Hyundai and both times they gave me Lower Prices than other dealers and treated us like Gold......this combination is rare at dealerships.....Bobby Carter and Andrew Lacey are the best in… the business......google them and call them if you are considering a Hyundai. They will not be beat!Very nice business.

This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from them, both experiences were top notch. I actually… drove from Alabama (where I live) to do business with them. Needless to say I will purchase from them again. If you are looking for a trustworthy dealership, look no further. A+
