Tahoe service

Rotated tires and the front end was so out of balance I had to take it to an independent alignment shop and have it balanced

Pressure sellers

The way I was treated was beyond belief. Called Spartanburg Chevrolet to purchase a new Chevrolet they had listed on the internet, I gave them all the info on my trade and they gave me an acceptable trade value so I agreed to stop by the dealer after work to look at and test drive the new car. After the test drive and demonstration of the features the pressure to purchase was laid on heavy. I explained that I wanted to sleep on it and I would let them know first thing in the morning. My sales person then got up and brought in the manager. I was told by the manager that if I did not purchase the car that night that I would need to leave a substantial non-refundable deposit otherwise the car was getting loaded on a carrier first thing in the morning and shipped out to Texas. I told the manager that I do not like to be pressured and walked out. The next morning I got a call and was asked what I would like to do. I explained that I would come back on Saturday (2 Days) with my trade and we could do the deal. The sales person then asked me to tell her manager what I just told her. She put her manager on the phone and I told him my plans and he said again that I would need to leave a non refundable deposit to hold the car. I told him I would not and the manager stated he would not hold the car. I said if anything changes by Saturday to let me know. The following Monday The car was still in their inventory. So total BS. This is not good for customer relations. I will be filing a complaint with GM also due to them wasting my time. In fairness my sales person Christine was stellar. But Scott the manager needs to find a job that dealing with people is not required.

Stranded and in need of help

In August, I had trouble with my Tahoe twice in one day. When my engine overheated for a second time that day, I found my self stranded on the interstate in 100 degree heat. The service I received from these guys was caring, accomodating and very professional unlike another dealership I visited earlier that day in another part of the state. I would highly recommend this dealership. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of as expeditiously as possible. My repairs were excellent and the pricing very reasonable.
