my car came back looking worse than when it went in!

well me and my wife purchased a 08 g6 hardtop convert. and paid over 20gs cash for it. well we also picked up the wheel and tire package and for good reason over this winter we hit a few pot holes and a curb on the right side of the car. well i go to pick up the car and they took the wheels from the right side and put them on the left side of the car and replaced the left side wheels and put them on the right side of the car...then when i was showing them what they did i found a fresh scratch going the full length of my driver side door. now i know this car from front to back and top to bottom and they tried telling me that the car was dirty when it came in and we would have never seen it.. witch is bs.. its a pearl white car if it was dirty it would have stuck out like a sore thumb and they dont want to do anything about it... not happy and will never bring my car back there again and the top of it all is i am a body guy so i know the difference between a new and old scratch. i had to argued with them for 45 min for them to nothing and talk to me like i know nothing don't put yourself through this and stay away from them! this is not the first time i had a problem with them. i will be contacting the owner and never will my car be subjected to there ignorance again

Never Again

Buyer Beware! The service department at Paul Masse is poor to say the least; here's why. *Bought my car in 05, when I brought it in for it's 15, 000 mile maintenance they put so much lube on the door hinges it was every where, I mean all over the inside of the door. Still excess grease on the inside of my doors 2 3/4 years later. Awful! *I had a slow leak on a tire so I brought it in, they fixed the tire alright but left a huge stain on the pontiac emblem on the center of the wheel that would not come off, it was from the glue/rubber cement they used to patch the tire from the inside. When I told them about it they acted like they were giving me a break and replaced it but not without an attitude... they ruined a perfectly nice part to my car and gave me grief to fix it. Bad Bad Bad! *Here is the kicker. The Air Dam under the front bumper of my car had been loose when I first bought the car. It kept coming apart even without me driving over anything so I kept putting it back in place, I'd say this happened three times before I brought it in and told the service dept about it. While I had the car in for an oil change they were suppose to fix the air dam. They fixed it alright, they did the same exact thing I could have done at home, pushed it back in place. They never replaced the bolts or secured it in any way. 9 Months go by and once again I'm in for an oil change when the service guy says hey your air dam is missing. I asked if they would replace it and their answer was "NO", so I ordered the part from their parts dept. for $54... When I went home that night I went through my paper work and saw that when I had taken the car in for the loose air dam the first time the car was still under warranty. The never fixed it properly and finally it fell off but now the car is no longer under warranty and they won't fix it even though there has been a Technical Service Bulliten out on this because it is happening to so many people. I brought my documents to them, they refused to fix it so now..... I'M DONE WITH PAUL MASSE FOR EVER.. I was looking at the new Cadilac CTS as my next purchase next year but I can promise you this...It won't be from Paul Masse. They lost a good customer, another car sale from me and who knows how many more people all becuase of $54... Go Figure??? They must really need the money if my $54 means that much to them.
