2018 Audi A4 Lease

This is my second purchase from the group and another huge shout out to the managers at Audi Wynnewood - Thanks to Tarik Shapli, Shaun Issac and Suzannah Sarkahian for helping make this purchase as smooth and easy as could be. They truly went above and beyond to help make the best deal possible. We also couldn't have asked for a better salesperson in Matt Kwatyra, and Jason Bufka in finance made the entire process so convenient. Also, thanks again to Zach Lebbing who had everything ready to roll as soon as we got there. You guys rock!

over priced oil change

Never take your car here for service. They are robbing everyone. I get its an Audi service not jeffy lube. They charged me $190 for an oil change are you kidding me?! Every other dealership in the USA charges around $100 or less! You can just go to the other dealership owned by the same group charges $100! I would highly recommended to stay way even if your car breaks down in front of this dealership!

2014 A7 - great process!

Wynnewood Audi, and my sales rep., Debby L, made the process so easy from start to finish. Debby was attention to finding thr right car with the features most important to me, and both her energy and know-how to get things done made everything go like clock-work. The dealer seemed to make the sales process fair, without the haggle issues that so many customers of car dealers worry about occurring, never an issue. I think they understand their customers are detailed buyers and they treat you as such. I applaud the effort Debby and her colleagues made to ensure it was a most enjoyable process in coming home with a new car I would really enjoy calling mine.

Matt A was the salesperson from whom I purchased my Audi last year. I never look forward to dealing with new car salespeople, but doing business with Matt was an exception. Matt was knowledgeable, professional, forthcoming and genuinely wanted to make the care purchase a good experience. He worked to understand my needs, negotiated on the pricing and went above and beyond the call of duty to provide service and follow up after the purchase of the car. As well as patiently answer many questions. Matt is truly exceptional!

2015 Audi A6 Purchase

I purchased a new 2015 A6 Prestige from Audi Wynnewood. The staff was very nice to work with, very accommodating, and very friendly. The salesperson, Deb L, was excellent! She was very helpful and super energetic about the Audi Brand. She worked with me on all aspects of buying the car from finding a car that met my specs, to showing me different colors, to explaining in great detail the features of the car. She made buying the car a fun experience! I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking for an Audi!

unscrupulous dealer

Having driven a Mercedes and a Mini (BMW) for a while, last April I was looking for a change. A close friend recommended I try an Audi. So we searched around for a CPO Audi Q5 and found one at Wynnewood Audi at 323 East Lancaster Avenue, Wynnewood, PA 19096. The vehicle looked good, the sales guy was very nice and the negotiation (with the usual back & forth with a 'manager') was relatively tolerable. We arrive at a price; my trade in an E500 was assessed to my satisfaction. Paper work was done quite easily. So, all in all, a fair experience in car buying. Right after driving out of the dealership with my CPO Q5, I noticed that there was a squeak in the brakes. I called the sales guy the very next day and he said that the noise was common with Audi’s and that with a CPO I did not have to worry about it. After a few weeks I called him again to say that the squeaking nose did not sound normal and he put me on to his service manager. I spoke to the service manager who said that the noise was probably due to a particle stuck in the brakes and asked me to just brake hard a couple of times and it would go away. Now having had a decent car buying experience, I recommended a friend who bought a new A4 a few months after my purchase (and of course the sales guy was very happy). I accompanied my friend to the dealership and during the visit I brought up the issue with my brakes again. This time I spoke with the service manager in person and he again reassured me that nothing was wrong. Last Saturday I took the Q5 in to the dealership for a service (that was already paid for as I had purchased Audicare). Now the service guy tells me that my rear brakes need to be replaced and that it would cost me $400. I tried to explain to him the history with the brake issue and that I’d expect Audi to take care of it. But he just refused to listen and insisted that 10 months ago the brakes would have passed Audi’s stringent CPO standards and that now after approx. 10,000 miles the brakes were shot. In addition they now say 3 of my tires need to be replaced. Audi CPO passed a vehicle with tires that would last you 10 months!! Audi CPO passed a vehicle with bad brakes!! Shame on you Wynnewood Audi!! Buyers beware and enter at your own risk!! Stay away from Audi, Audi CPO and Audicare. Once the sale is done there is no after sales service. The service department at Wynnewood Audi will look at every possible way to rob you. If I could have given them any lower a lower rating, I would have! And I will never buy or recommend an Audi again!!

Nice and friendly salesperson but did not know much about Q5. I wanted a white Q5 and according to the salesperson, there were none in near future, maybe in another 3-6 months!

Don Rosen WYNNEWOOD Audi.....STAY AWAY!!!!!

I was interested in an Audi and perused the lot of the new wynnewood locale. After MULTIPLE trips which i thought was unnecessary i decided to purchase a vehicle. They told me that i would have to wait about 7-10 days because the car was located in Rhode Island. That was fine, i was in NO rush. From the start the sales manager HAS NO PERSONAL SKILLS...It is as if you are bothering him and he is doing you a favor...LOL... Well, after the purchase i call for a check and they tell me my sales person NO LONGER WORKS there....so im slightly nervous why he is not employed there any longer. I tell the sales manager that i want to pick up my car on a saturday (b/c of my job) and he says i have to be there before 10am because they are busy with customers....UUMMMM...am I NOT A CUSTOMER... i was alittle livid with the comment but didnt say anything....After doing some more research on the car (this would of been my first audi) i was concerned that my salesperson did not give me the proper information about the car...so i called and told them I wanted to see the car before i signed the papers... I show up friday night and the car is out in the lot...my first impression is that it looks good however it IS DIFFERENT then my salesperon told me it would look.... then i notice that the door is open and not shut all the way but the light is out in the car.... i open the door and the ENTIRE interior is different then said.....now i was disappointed.... i look at the headlights and total condensation in the glass...this is when a sales person comes over and says..."thats normal for THIS car" i laugh....since this is an obvious lie!!!!! I go in to talk to the sales manager and AT THIS POINT i am not yelling or raising my voice but just disappointed since i was very excited to drive the car around all weekend.... but line is the SALES MANAGER at wynnewood says ''well what do you want" wow...i was shocked.... i said to him well, i want the car the i was suppose to get! From this point on....they were RUDE, SARCASTIC and SURLY!!!!! They treated me like it was my fault and that i was being an incovience to THEM....HA! My wife who was with me was in shock that this is the way they treated someone trying to purchase a car especially in this economy.....it was unbelievable...... now i have purchased over 7 cars in my life... and i do not expect to be treated like royalty but just with some RESPECT.....if they would have said..."im sorry, lets see how i can fix this for you" it would have been a differnt story... Lastly, after the attitude I asked for my deposit back and the sales manager said... "fine, this is a very desirable car, we'll sell this in a couple days"!!!!!!! hahahah.... i was glad to pick up my money and never return to this dealership again... I would advise ANY PERSON Thinking about an audi.... DO NOT GO TO WYNNEWOOD AUDI...IT WILL BE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE...... Thanks Ruarri for showing me your true colors before spending 50K on a car!

Avoid Don Rosen Audi in Wynnewood

I recommend NOT using Don Rosen Audi in Wynnewood, PA (Philadelphia area). The dealership is only months old and the salespeople are pretty inept. First I was not told about the $650 Audi care that was on top of the negotiated selling price. Then I find out that my car is on some holding lot in Rhode Island and I can't take delivery for a week when I had cancelled a flight and made plans to drive instead for a vacation. I ended up getting a silver car instead of black because I couldn't wait the extra days. Then, when the salesperson came to pick me up (granted that was nice) I find out that my car is not going to be ready tonight and we are just going to fill out paperwork and he wants me to go back to the dealership tomorrow to pick up the car. He did not think to inform me of this in advance which is completely unacceptable. In the end, we did paperwork tonight and he is driving my car to me tomorrow but I still feel pretty shafted given that I agreed to a very fair price and money factor.
