Great Service, Great Dealership

I brought my Escalade in for service and was given a "red carpet" treatment. When I purchased my Escalade, I took advantage of all of the protections and they have paid off. What I thought was going to be a routine oil-change, turned out could have cost me over $1700 but instead only cost me the $50 deductible to replace all the necessary parts to fix my Escalade. Thanks for the great service John Iuliano and Faulkner!!!

Do not buy used!!!

Purchased a used truck here. Asked to have it serviced prior to pickup. No. Asked to align it (it was way out of alignment). No. Asked for actual keys (we were only given 1 Home Depot made key). No. Asked that specs listed for truck to be fulfilled (missing lower bumper & foglights). No. Did not even make it home and the front bearings blew. It's lucky that we were not involved in an accident as the result. The truck should NOT have had legal inspection stickers. It goes back tomorrow.

TERRIBLE SERVICE

The dealership damaged my new CTS during a routine oil change. When I pointed this out while picking up the vehicle, the service manager, Ron, told me that the new scratches (on the top of the car) were considered "normal wear and tear". While leaving he said bring the car back in on Monday and they would look at it. Monday comes around and I drive an hour back to the dealership only to be told that "There is no one here who can help you". A week later I finally get someone to look at my car and this time when it is returned there is a large dent in the hood. Pointing this out to Ron he replies with "that was there". I'm now afraid to take my car back to get the new damage fixed fearing what they will do for revenge this time. The service at this dealership is the worst I have received from any business and is definitely not the quality you would expect from a luxury car dealer. I would not recommend them to people I don't like, no less a friend.

Once I found the CTS I wanted it had to be obtained from a different dealership. Michelle Lilly made that happen. She worked with Brandon to get monthly payment I needed and exceeded my expectations. Michelle got the car and Brandon's quote on the payment was well below the competitors. Michelle kept me informed throughout the delivery process and made sure the car was perfect when I picked it up. I appreciated the tour of the facility and explanation of all the cars functions. I've already recommended Michelle and her team at Faulkner to everyone I've talked to since. I shopped two other Dealerships and their numbers or level of service didn't come close to Faulkner's. Sold me Damaged Goods

I bought a 2012 Challenger SRT8 from them only to find out a month later their was significant body damage. When I called to inquire everyone from the sales person to the general manager claimed ignorance. So either they are lying or their used car manager is incompotent because he didnt see what 2 other dealers clearly did. Either way I wouldnt buy pre-owned. RH
