Sold a car from under me
n my lifetime so far i have bought and sold over 27 cars. this is the first time i ever had to go through with this with a dealership. Would NEVER use a dealer or dealership like this. I live in Florida and dealer is in Pennsylvania. We had a deal going over the phone and though email and text for a used car which started on Tuesday afternoon. I specifically asked if i needed to put a deposit on the vehicle and was never given an answer. Wednesday morning i called to asked some more general questions and about money since i already offered them a price and they turned it down. I called my sales person three times at 1130, Julie Rodriquez and she didn't answer. ( she wasn't in the office till 12) Had to get the sales manager on the phone Ryan smith to answer any questions i might have had. He answer and i told him that i will call him back soon to make a deal. I called at 12 multiple times to ryan and julie and nobody answered so i left them voice messages. I was calling to go over numbers as i said in the voicemail. Finally got a call back around 1245 but i was already in a meeting. called them back an hour later and they said they sold it. Thats a bunch of snakes. Sold the car out from under me cause i couldn't call them back within an hour. after i tried to reach them multiple times. They will take a deal with anyone regardless of a deal already made and that is a terrible dealership. I will never buy a car from this dealership or by these individuals and i advised nobody else too. We have purchased/ leased many new cars over the years. This is our third from Abeloff. Our salesman Mike M. was the best salesperson we have ever dealt with. Every person we talked to was great. The guy that washed and detailed our new truck for delivery showed pride in the job he did and even took the time to give us ideas on how to clean it in the future. And the manager that handled all the paperwork was prepared, professional and thorough. Very impressed all around!
Great Service great people
The work that was performed on my vehicle was all warranty prevention service. The service tech was very informative. He told me what to expect and how long it would take. Then provided me with a detailed invoice for my records. This company is the best right from the looking and test driving to returning for service. Would defiantly buy from Abeloff again.

Abeloff Buick Stroudsburg PA Best experience yet
We have not had an easier, friendlier car buying experience in over 40 purchases as we had with Abeloff Buick. Pete Hensel and Mike Malinowski were both great. While the new Enclave was missing a cargo mat and had a small door ding, they immediately agreed to make it right . What was most interesting was we spoke over the phone and emailed what car my wife wanted and they found the exact vehicle with all the options at the GM discount price in the right color. In addition they gave me fair max value on my trade and even contributed some of their mark down. Simply stated I shopped 4 other Buick dealerships for this Enclave and not only could they not locate one or were unwilling, they could not come close to the price. By the way I am a grandfather of 4 but this is not my grandfather's Buick!?

Our salesman, Mark Singleton, took his time and helped us choose the right vehicle. It was a "no-pressure" experience and it felt like he was working with us, not just selling us a car. We have purchased many vehicles at Abeloff and will continue doing so!!
I had a great experience with the team at Ableoff. Salesman Mark Singleton did an awesome job getting my 2015 GMC Savana ready for me. The communication via email and phone really made it easy for me because I live in New York. It was everything I expected and more when i arrived to pick up my new truck. 8 Trips (and counting) to fix a problem with the seat heater!!!!
I bought my 2005 GMC Youkon Denali in September form Abeloff GMC in Stroudsburg, PA. I bought it as a GM Certified vehicle with 32,000 miles on it. Not long after picking up the truck the drivers seat heater started popping on and off by it self. A major distraction while driving not to mention very uncomfortable. The universal garage remote also stopped working around the same time. A minor inconvenience. The first time I took it in it was what i expected, they need to check it out and order parts. the second time I tookit in I got it back and on the way home the seat heater came on, but the garage remote worked for a bit. On the 5th trip they said they finally got it.YAY they detailed the truck and delivered it to my house. When I got in it to check on things the garage remote did not light up, so I drve tit back to the dealer toas what was up? They appologised and said that while the mechanic replaced the defective part he forgot to change the fuse and check to see if it actually lit up. ok? On the way home the seat heater came on.YAY again. So on the seventh trip to the dealer to finally have the seat heater fixed, they gave me a brand new truck to drive while they fixed it. finally they fixed the seat heater. I got it back and it worked properly, BUT while they had the door panel off they messe up the memory seat controls and the speaker in the door didn't work anymore. It is now April and I brought the truck in for the 8th time and they were very happy to tell me that they changed the speaker and all was well. I asked the service manager to come and check it out with me. The speaker came on when I started the truck and proceeded to stop working a minute later. So now I have a loner and I'm without my truck once again. this is my story of the most incompetant service department in the world.
