We always have a great experience with Armen Cadillac this is our 4 car that we purchase from this dealer so we know just about everyone their from service to sales but I never seen my last saleswoman before and she was Denise and she was awesome it was really great working with her the entire place makes you feel like your a special person and I really enjoy that we will be back for number 5

Check engine light and state inspection

The service staff is always friendly, courteous and helpful. I am a bit confused, however, that the last 2 times that the car was in for service due to the check engine light, the repair was made, but the vehicle needed to be driven until the car reset and the light went off. It's hard to believe that Cadillac would leave that as the only way to get the light to go off. Otherwise, very happy with the service and the staff. It is highly likely that I will continue to purchase Cadillacs as my vehicle every 3 or 4 years.

Inspection

I had a packet of lug nuggets that were provided when I purchased the car. They are no longer in my glove compartment. Unfortunately I forgot to check after my prior visit and did not remember to check this time until I got to the office. Armen is the only group that has serviced my car. I am very disappointed that they were removed.

Heated steering wheel

This second heated steering wheel replacement does not work much better that the first replacement which was faulty. I realize it is not at all the fault of the dealer, this is a replacement part from Cadillac but it sure is not the quality of the original part. It falls into the guidelines spelled out to the dealer from Cadillac, but it is NOT the same warmth as the original heated wheel. A big disappointment. The same thing happened when the heated seat stopped working last winter, the replacement is not at all the quality of the original. It takes longer to start heating the seat and it is not as warm. Remember the saying, "You get what you pay for"? I bought Cadillac (again) for the quality, but I do not feel Cadillac quality is in their replacement parts that they send to the dealers. Armens' shop foreman, Jimmy went the extra mile working with me on this doing every thing he could to solve the problem.

Great experience, but Not covered even though new purchase..

Great experience of interactions, and fast turnaround of the vehicle. However total cost of service was much higher than anticipated, also very surprised being my first visit since I had purchased the vehicle (I purchased it several months prior this past year in 2014) that nothing was included or covered (oil change, filters, fluids, etc.). While I do understand their explanation of it having just reached 50,000 miles (over by less than 300), that they would not extend this courtesy, again especially being my first visit since purchase this year (hence the reason I took it to your dealership versus our local mechanic).

While my car repair was completed above reproach, when I returned to get my car it wasn't washed. This is a minor detail, but all my friends, who drive the German imports commented on how dirty the car was after it was serviced

Great Service When it Mattered Most

Always outstanding service, but this time it really mattered. I was leaving my home for a flight and noticed my tire light was on, indicating a near flat situation. I called service, they brought me in immediately, replaced the tire (nail through the sidewall) and got me on my way and I made my flight.
