Service on Escape
I had oil change and state inspection done on my Escape. Work was done in time frame given since few other vehicles was in front of mine in the quick lane. I called to make appointment a week before this visit with no opening service adviser told me I can do quick lane with no appointment. If you want to make a appointment make it a few weeks in advance. While I was at the dealership waiting, staff greeted me, asked if I needed a drink was very very pleasant.
Quick Lane has been wonderful. I am always pleased with the quality and cost of work done there. Great customer service!

2014 transit connect (possible lemon)in the making
I purchased a new 2014 transit connect and have had a constant problem with the left front axle leaking it has been fixed twice and now it is leaking again I drove into service at Maquires they now say its an engine leak but funny I have puddles of fluid all over my driveway and my oil is full and never went down so now they want over a thousand dollars to fix??? also went in months ago and complained about left wheel making noise they said could not find any thing now inspection time my left balljoint is gone I had the full warrentee it ran out at 75000 I now have 77000 I feel this has been an ongoing problem sense I purchased this van.This van has not been abused and I still owe 14000.00 on it I also have 2 chevy vech over 150000 miles on them without these problems.If ford wants my business they should standby what they build.

I did my homework, had my credit report and my trade in KBB value along with Edmund's. I knew what I wanted and got a great lease with no pressure.
I went in for an oil change, but when I asked questions the staff made sure to go the extra mile. My car isn't that old and someone not only bumped my door and caused transfer paint someone also bumped my bumper. I asked what I could use to get it off and he took me over to the auto body department and they removed it all free of charge and it only took 2 minutes. It would have probably taken me forever! I wish I would have asked what they used, he just put something on a rag and wiped once and it all came off!
Changed the oil, rotated the tires and washed the vehicle. I was back on the road in about 1 hr. Very good
Oil change/State inspection service
My appointment time was honored. During the service I was notified by service personnel that additional service was suggested by Ford at this time. There was no pressure to have this performed. I was again asked if I wanted a free car wash which I previously denied. My car was ready within one hour of my delivery. While waiting, I used their free Wi fi and was told to help myself to coffee, water, popcorn etc. The final cost of service is what I expected. I was very pleased with my overall experience.
My experience with McGuire's Ford was very smooth and informative. I was not intimidated and was treated with respect. They were very accomadating.
Maguire's Service Department
Maguire's service department is top notch! The repair was going to take a few hours. They gave me a comfortable place to work and they finished the repair on time.
3+ months pregnant with our 3rd child & I found myself with no ac. Maguire's was perfect as always getting us in around my husband's & my busy schedules. They also were priced fair & reasonable for the work done. We love our experiences at Maguire's & will not buy or take our cats elsewhere for service!
Please be very careful reading the final line on paperwork, claimed that they had added the rebate in twice and now wanted to correct it to the right price.

No warranty please
I would not recommend this dealer's collision center based on my experiences. They offered an estimate that was very wrong on both price and time needed. I had work performed in 2010 that offered a warranty from them for the life of the vehicle. Since I had a rental and they had my car, I asked they revisit their work from 2010 and fix some bubbling paint where they had painted the hood. They agreed and said it would be fixed when I picked the car up. While they had the car they called me to ask if I wanted to update my handles at my expense, something that had been covered at the time of estimate and was marked on the paperwork they had. The insurance must have stopped accepting their requests for supplemental work. They never once mentioned their was an issue with the requested warranty repair. The final bill was almost double the original estimate, and the warranty repair had not been touched. When I questioned them, they said they were not responsible. They claimed to not have worked on that part of the hood. Well maybe that is the problem today since that was where the damage had been done in that accident. The staff was exceedingly rude and unhelpful. A manager called with an attitude just to let me know he was returning my voicemail rant I had left him. He mentioned on multiple occasions that I had not requested a return call, which was correct. That is why I was so confused as to why he did call with an attitude. If he was calling to 'fix' the previous poor service, he was failing miserably. DO NOT USE MAGUIRE'S COLLISION CENTER
