With great customer service I truly received the car of my dreams! Extremely happy! I am really appreciative of Michael to go about and beyond. Buying a car can be terrible but with Michael it was honestly easy and exciting!

Don't buy here!

I bought a 2011 Jeep Liberty with 66,000 miles on it I have not even had it a week and had to have it towed. Thank God I bought the extended warranty I sat in a parking lot for 3 hours waiting for a tow truck and the warranty that is supposed to pay for my rental car said that department was closed I had no way home. I had to pay my own way home and have to figure out now how I'm going to get to work. Do not buy a car here they told me my trade-in car wasn't any good well it never left me sitting in a parking lot.

Attention Consumers: Buyers Beware

Dear Potential Used Car Consumer, First of all, I would give Car Connection Superstore a rating of zero stars; unfortunately, that is not an option. Nearly a year ago, I purchased a 2008 Jeep Commander Limited from Car Connection Superstore. This purchase was to replace a Jeep Commander that was totaled in an accident at no fault of my own. The “new” Jeep Commander was delivered with a service engine soon light on. The staff at Car Connection informed me that it would be taken care of at a Jeep dealership located near me because it was still under manufacturer’s warranty. In addition, any rental car expenses incurred would be reimbursed by Car Connection. The service engine soon light was not the only initial problem with the vehicle. The vehicle leaked water on the driver’s side, driver’s side rear seat and in the trunk area. Not even a month later the vehicle had an oil leak which resulted in more maintenance needing to be done which was at the expense of Car Connection. However, the issues with the vehicle continued such as the service four wheel drive system light came on, the radio stopped working as did the air conditioning,the pressure tire system needed to be replace and the service engine soon light continued to come on. All of these mechanical and functional issues with the vehicle were discussed with the staff (including owner Michael), it was determined that it would be best for me to search for another vehicle from Car Connection Superstore. I made the 6 hour drive to New Castle, PA in hopes that Car Connection would have a vehicle in their inventory that would fit my criteria; however, much to my dismay, Car Connection would require that I take a loss on the Jeep resulting in negative equity which would need to increase my monthly vehicle payment. In addition, Car Connection ask that I put more money down on the potential “new” vehicle. Needless to say, I walked out of the dealership frustrated and disappointed. Michael at Car Connection vowed to find me a vehicle to meet my criteria and needs. However, months passed without one vehicle being brought to my attention. Car Connection states on their website, “Our Vehicle Locating Service can find your car in as quickly as 24 hours with no charge!” Isn’t it funny that they couldn’t find me one prospect of a vehicle in over 2 months?!?! In addition, Car Connection states on their website that “Our goal is to take care of you the moment you step on our lot to years to come afterwards.” Well if a LACK of dedication, timeliness, efficiency and honesty is a part of that “taking care of you” policy, I believe that Car Connection delivered on all of the above. This business did not make me a priority instead they made excuses. In addition, the timeliness of communication was nonexistent. For example, I was told I would receive an e-mail on either Saturday or Monday yet I didn’t receive the email til early evening on Tuesday. And it didn’t just happen with a delay of emails, but also phone calls. I know if I had the same excuses for a delay in doing my job or communicating that I definitely would not be employed. And to think that Car Connection Superstore was voted as the Quality Dealer of the Year by the Pennsylvania Independent Automobile Dealers Association. What I find interesting is that the Pennsylvania Independent Automobile Dealers Association (PIADA) has a code of ethics (www.pennsylvaniaiada.com). I advise my fellow used car consumers to do your research of the business by contacting the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org) and the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General (www.attorneygeneral.gov), ask questions, and diligently review the Car Fax. Since I brought up the Better Business Bureau (BBB), I would like to discuss that Car Connection Superstore is NOT accredited; however, they do have BBB decals on the doors of the store. In addition, this business DOES have complaints against them not including mine. In my opinion, Car Connection Superstore is your stereotypical used car lot with salesmen that lack integrity, honesty, diligence and efficiency. Again, just my opinion. Now Michael, you said I was unrealistic so I hope this review is REAL enough for you. Sincerely, Michelle
