Great sales terrible service

I purchased a 2017 Jaguar F-Pace S here in July of 2016. I had custom ordered it two months earlier. My wife and I loved it. In May of 2017 I hit a deer on the freeway that was unavoidable. I immediately had it towed to A&L for repair. It has now been 4 months and the repairs are not complete. The staff keeps giving me the runaround. After 45 days my insurance would no longer provide a loaner vehicle. After many calls A&L agreed to provide me with a loaner car as they had promised earlier. They gave me a 2015 Honda Civic with the A&L logo on the windshield which I have been driving for 5 weeks. They sell Jaguar, Land Rover and BMW. Have never seen a Honda on the lot. I had to go on a trip to New York a couple of weeks ago with my family. I asked for a better loaner and was denied. I had to rent a car out of pocket to make the trip. The only person that has been helpful is actually the salesman I bought the car from Jeff Yueng. If you buy a car here do not take it to collision department. The estimate has doubled since the initial. They are trying to make sure the insurance company is going to approve their massive supplemental estimate before I can pick up the car regardless of whether it is finished. I will go back to Bobby Rahal next time.

Bad service, steer clear of this Jaguar dealership

Brought vehicle in for service, took two weeks to get my vehicle back. Was not informed at time of agreeing to work that it would take nearly two weeks. Had to basically demand my car back. The vehicle was there for a few different items. One of which was not corrected properly. "The service mechanic has been out" was an excuse used more than once. Will not go back. Will use another dealership for service in spite of having to travel a great distance to go there, or will use a non-dealership.

Just another car dealership

When I went to a BMW dealer I expected a more professional experience but it ended up being the same used cars sales swindle that you get everywhere else. Specifically I was quoted a trade-in value for my car but magically the value of my car dropped when BMW offered special pricing on the car I was going to buy. Why the value of my car drops because the car I am purchasing has had a price drop makes no sense and is again a used car game that the dealership plays. Even though they played this game I still purchased the car because I always wanted a BMW. After I purchased the car I was happy with it until water started leaking into the cabin. The repair process for the leak was a mess that required multiple trips so I made an inquiry on purchasing a 2011 X3 that I was driving as a loaner. I had to call the dealership a couple of times to get the sales person to call me back. When he gave me a quote he quoted me the true market value of a new X3 where this one was clearly used. The sales man said he would talk to the owner and get back to me on the price but he never did. I then called the same salesmen asking him to give me a quote on a different older car and again he never called me back. At no time was I ever rude or even remotely hostile to any of the staff members even though the problems with my car were over a 5 month period. It is just incredible the poor service. The fact is the sales staff and management plays the same used car games as any other dealership where I expected a better experience at a BMW dealership. The dealership felt no responsibility in making things right with a problem car. The sales people don’t return phone calls. I just don’t get it and I will never buy another vehicle from them.
