Jared was amazing! He helped me find the car of my dreams and was extremely helpful in finding the best deal and way to finance my new purchase. He and Matt were great at helping select and order any add-ons such as my tinted windows and weather tech floor mats. They were both in very timely manner! Will only go to Riverview Chevrolet in the future when looking for vehicles!

Shopped at tom clark through their online department. Niko, the salesmen helped me to get into a truck that I really liked. With the help of the internet manager we arrived at a fair trade in and a great deal on the new truck.

Brake inspection and oil change.

I asked for new brakes but was told all is well with my front brakes. The shop could have very well put them on but instead was honest with me and saved me money. The oil change and brake inspection was done in a timely manner.

Don't fall for their bait-and-switch

Had a used vehicle on their website - checked again and again on availability with one specific salesperson that it was still there - even asking about their reputation for pulling bait-and-switch. He assured me ... then even gave a specific date and time to arrive and test drive. Got there at the appointed day/time ... and wouldn't you know - there were "problems" with the vehicle that was so well priced online. That's funny, the carfax had your dealership as having owned it for over 90 days ... what did you do with it for 90 days? Claimed it had to be sent out for servicing & was gone ... but now that they had me onsite, why not check out some other vehicles. No thank you. Never again. Beware of this ... other rating websites have numerous stories of this same behavior at this dealership.

The employees at Tom Clark Chevrolet have treated us so well over the past 8 years. I have bought my last two automobiles there (Malibus - best car for the price) and have always had my cars serviced there. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.

2015 Chevy Silverado

I was not pleased with another dealerships response to requesting the color truck that I wanted to buy. Then they tried to talk me into a vehicle that I test drove with them and didn't like. I call Tom Clark Chevrolet and told Mike what I wanted. He had it picked out, sent me a text message and let me know about the features that it included and how to apply for my loan online. I arrived that night, test drove the truck, signed my paperwork and was on my way after they set up my OnStar package. They were great and I am so glad that I called them! Also, a pet peeve of mine is when I go to look at a purchase and they talk to my husband and not me regarding the features, price, etc. when I am the only one buying. This did not happen here. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them.

Great sales and service

We have bought a few vehicles for our business from Dan Dermont at Tom Clark. Dan is very friendly and helpful. He definitely tries to get the customer the best deal he can from the sales manager. I called Dan and told him what I wanted, and he got with the sales manager, and they were able to find me a Silverado pick up with almost everything I wanted. They gave me their best price up front, and brought the truck in for us. My neighbor is a mechanic at Tom Clark and he takes the vehicles in whenever they need serviced, and brings them back to me. It is a great setup, and we plan on continuing our relationship for many years to come.

I took my car in for my inspection,everything was fine but the rear brakes needed cleaned an adjusted which was an additional cost. I remembered that I had a coupon for $20 off any service,but I had left it at home (which was a good 20 minuets from the dealership). My service consultant Kevin Swauger offered to get someone to take me back home and get the coupon. So he got their driver George (sorry didn't get his last name) to take me all the way back to my house in West Mifflin to get that coupon. WOW who does that ! !. It was a very pleasant ride to and from my house,George didn't mind taking me at all,we had a great conversation the whole trip. This is how a dealership should treat people,they value you as a customer and go out of there way to prove it. THANKS again to everyone at Tom Clark Chevrolet for the great sales & services I have received so far. I will continue to do business with them in the future.

We were looking for a late model family hauler and this turned out to be a great place for one. Great service!

I traded my vehicle in for a '08 Buick Lacrosse fully loaded. It was sharp inside & out. The next day I noticed it was upshifting when in drive. I called service & they looked at it & advised me the transmission needed replaced. I was so dissappointed although it was covered under warranty. Once replaced, I still didnt get a good feeling about the car. I called the mgr Ron & explained the situation. He advised I could trade the vehicle in for something else. I ended up doing a trade & got a much better deal on a '11 Traverse. The sales man Mike S was very upfront & honest & tried his best to make sure I was pleased this time. I will definitely purchase from them again.
