The salesman, Ryan C, welcomed me and asked what I was looking for. He listened and then told me about a few options. I was… completely impressed with the new Trax 2RS! It offered all the latest technology and features in a very stylish crossover. It also gets great gas mileage and is fun to drive. Best of all, I could get one well equipped for under $27k! My wife loves it and so does our college aged son. We are now thinking about buying one for him!A pothole tried to eat my car

I asked around about fixing my flat because I heard a loud crack and wanted to be sure I would be safe after having it serviced. I had it towed to Patriot after hours and… the next day they were already working on it. I needed a new rim so another day past, and I was picked up to retrieve my perfect car.Service

by JSchubert on 07/03/2020I purchased three vehicles from Patriot in four years. I bought a Silverado and eight months later the air-conditioning started blowing hot air. I brought it in for the first repair. The first “fix” ($400.00) and cold lasted one day then… hot air again. Had to bring it back, (rent a car) and they looked at it again. Now they found the problem, a leak. The part was not in stock and will be about a week out. (90 degree heat days). I brought it back 10 days later, had to rent another car, Patriot kept the truck for two days. (Another $500.00).. I get the truck back and the very next day, hot air!. I scheduled another appointment #4!! Now they found the “real problem“. Patriot said I would need to bring the truck back a fifth time and pay another thousand dollars for the right part to fix it. I have not been back, I am $1000 out of pocket, plus rentals. Worst part I still do not have air conditioning during these horrible 90° plus days. To pay close to $1000 and not have anything to show for Is close to criminal and I feel stolen from.. Stay away from Patriot if they treat loyal customers Like this I can only imagine how they treat new customers. I even offered to pay for the part to repair the truck but I did not feel I should pay for any more labor. It is a shame because The salesman I work with is wonderful. But because of this I will no longer buy another vehicle through Patriot.Chevy Patriot Service Review

by Jocelyn on 01/09/2019We are first time Chevy buyers, and this was the single best car buying exerpience both my husband and I have ever had. Pat met us outside and before we even stepped towards the lot he asked us, "what are the features you are looking for".… We told him what we wanted and he showed us only the cars that fit what we asked for. He didn't try to up-sell us. He didn't try get us in a car that we weren't looking for. He immediately had us sitting in a 2019 Chevy Equinox that fit all our wants and needs. The test drive was great, then we went inside and Dalton came over to help us with financing. They actually got us money back on our trade in (which never happens) and they worked within our budget completely. My husband and I kept waiting for someone to pinch us and tell us we were dreaming. We drove away with the car, everything was sorted and done with our trade in, financing was awesome, and we got some great car/finance upgrades we didn't expect which made the deal all the more sweet. We were never Chevy people, but Patriot Chevrolet, in Limerick, PA, particularly Pat and Dalton, have made us life long chevy buyers! I HIGHLY recommend this dealership, Pat, and Dalton!None

by crb56 on 07/11/2016updated 08/03/2016I traded in my 2014 GMC Denali Acadia, and my 2013 Harley Street Glide that had 2100 miles on it for a 2016 Chevrolet 2500 Z71 Silverado. Everyone at this dealership treated me as if they were my life long friends, there was never any… pressure, it was entirely my decision. The experience was so positive I came back the next day and traded in my wife's 2008 Honda for a 2016 Traverse. In all of the years I have purchased vehicles from dealerships, I can say this was truly the most enjoyable, they treated us like family. I will come back for our next vehicle and we will use this dealership for our service needs.Great Team Family Atmosphere

The service went very well and cost was in line with the estimate previously provided by Leigh. However, the service took longer than originally… estimated and I did not get a loaner because there were none available. Leigh did offer to get one from a rental company but due to logistics I declined and simply utilized the shuttle service back and forth to my home.The search continues...

They were very friendly and advised me on different things that they found on my vehicle that may need fixing. The only thing that was disappointing was that they did… not wash the outside of my car which was part of the PITSTOP promotion. I feel that they were so caught up in trying to find more ways to get more business from me that they failed to do what I originally came in for. For once, it would be nice to have a dealership actually satisfy what the customer asks of them.
