Nissan 422 Of Limerick

I went to Nissan 422 of Limerick Wednesday night with my daughter. We were looking for a sedan for her and we found 2 Hyundai Elantras with low miles. Both vehicles were listed online for about $9100. When we got there we noticed that there were no prices on the cars. We then when inside a dealership and I told my daughter not to let them know that we knew the price of the cars. I then met with one of the salesman who told me that both cars were listed for $14,995. So right away I was very leery of this dealership. My daughter then brought both cars up on her phone and I showed the salesman that both cars were listed for $9100 and $9288. The salesman and told me that apparently the Internet price had changed and they did not make the correction on their inventory sheet. So why don’t way again I was leery about this dealership trying to sell me a car over $5000 more then listed on the Internet. Manager heard me came over and apologized for the mistake. But I was then told by the salesman that every used car also has an $895 dealer prep fee which is not reflected in the price. He told me this fee is for their dealership to look over the cars and make sure they are ready for sale. I never heard of a dealership especially one that sells used cars charging $895 for a dealer prep fee. We test drive both cars And I finally made an offer on the one. I explain to them that the $895 dealer prep fee was ridiculous and that I did not want to pay that much money for a car that was in really good shape and need to no work done to it. I offered to purchase the car for $8500 in cash but the Manager told me that they could do nothing about the dealer prep fee. That car has been sitting in there a lot since the end of December it’s no wonder why it has not sold. I do not mind paying a little extra for a car that I really like. But I will not pay $895 for a dealership to have one of their mechanics who they are already paying look at a car that needs no work done to it. Ridiculous!!!

This dealership told me they wanted to see my license to verify I had a license Mind you I didn't want to purchase a care, the took my information and added me on a car loan I didn't agree to. Knowingly let my son test drive the vechile without a license then sold it to him under my license information which I had no knowledge of. After speaking to the dealership and the Bank, I'm basically stuck with a vechile in my name that I do not want.

I highly recommend buying a new Nissan from William Dougherty at Nissan 422. He made our car buying experience fun and stress free. He also worked hard to get us a great price on our new Nissan Maxima.

Would not recommend this dealer. My whole experience was horrible. Salesman was inexperienced and unknowledgable about dealership and Nissan products. Pathfinder was deleveried with empty washer fluid tank and he never gave my insurance company the correct VIN number. They squashed the Nissan r sngcustomer satisfaction survey because here it is 3 months later and no survey. E-mailed general manager about the survey but he ignored me.

My experience at Nissan 422 of Limerick was above 5 stars. Andrew, and the rest of the team made what i wanted happen! They were very open, and honest. I am in love with my 2012 Nissan Maxima and am even more thrilled of the business experience i had at 422 Nissan! If anyone is looking to purchase a new vehicle, 422 Nissan of Limerick is the way to go!

Jon DiPippo and the Finance manager were terrific in helping me lease a vehicle. Truly hard working and understanding of the client's needs!! Knowing we wanted to purchase a new car this year, we attended an auto show while outside our home state. We were very much impressed with the new 2015 Nissan Murano Platinum. After test driving this vehicle and finding out that none of the dealerships around us offered the AWD version, we looked to the internet to discover what was available near our home , since we knew exactly what color and options we wanted. On the website for Nissan 422 of Limerick, PA we found the exact car we wanted and inquired online. Jon from the dealership responded to the inquiry promptly, we negotiated a deal in record time on the phone and found ourselves driving to PA to pick up our new car. Having never purchased a car through internet sales we were a little hesitant. It turned out to be one of the most pleasant car purchase experiences we have ever had. Jon was just great in expediting the entire transaction and we cannot say enough about how nice and courteous all members of this dealership's staff were from Jon, our sales rep, to Mike, the general manager to Sam of finance to the personnel in the parts department. All were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. What an excellent experience the purchase was! We would recommend that anyone considering buying a Nissan would go to this dealership. And, the 2015 Murano Platinum is amazing!
