I wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service Jay Chism provided during my recent vehicle purchase on 11/22/2025. From the very beginning, he made my wife and me feel prioritized and genuinely cared for, which is something… we did not expect walking into a dealership. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond set the tone for a truly outstanding experience.
Jay took the time to guide us through a process we weren’t familiar with, and he explained everything clearly without ever making us feel rushed or uncomfortable. He consistently checked in with us, made sure we understood every step, and ensured that we felt supported the entire way. His dedication to making the experience smooth and stress-free truly stood out.

by Greg on 09/07/2025There were great at getting a vehicle I was interested in. There were very friendly and personable. However, when it came to talking prices, that was when the "Car salesman" came out. First, it was like pulling teeth to get them to… give me a price outside of MSRP. I was asked first about what price I was thinking. I asked about rebates/incentives and they were clueless. I called a neighboring dealership and got an answer in 30 seconds compared to numerous texts and conversations with Heritage. I dont know if they were trying to read me or just that clueless about what the incentives were I offered 68k on a $73,494 MSRP and they came back with 69k. I was firm on the 68k being it was a 25 when the 26s were on the lot. Then I find the car on their website for 67k and when I point it out crickets. I would steer clear of this place. My friends recommend Performance but I chose Heritage because it was an easier commute. Big mistake. I did not buy from them and it was almost like they didnt want to sell or wanted me to fawn over the truck and throw common sense to the wind. I put the 69k into Edmunds offer rating and it said it was a high price. I am sure this review will be taken down to keep their 5 star rating but I would go elsewhere first and if saves 1 person from their games it was worth it.My fourth Toyota Avalon!

by Lee Barkus on 02/20/2025Heritage Toyota - I feel in today’s environment Excellent customer service deserves recognition! Car buying has really changed over the years ( let’s just say I’ve bought more than my share of new vehicles), but I found at Heritage Toyota… in Harrisburg …. they were different! First the salesman Dan Driebelbis was polite, personable and a real person! He was truly interested in finding the vehicle that we wanted at the price we could afford. Then, I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by his sales manager Mark Eager (he’s back in the area!). I’ve purchased several cars from Mark over the years and he’s hands down the BEST! It wasn’t a question of if I was going to purchase the Tacoma, but rather how these two could manipulate the price and financing to Make It Happen! And they did…. Exactly! The 2024 Toyota Tacoma Sport was exactly the car we wanted, at the finance terms we we requested, and above market trade allowance. (Edmond’s rated it as ‘Great Deal’ - you should take it!) When the other dealers were way out of line on the ‘deals’ on similar vehicles, and I didn’t even talk to a sales manager. At Heritage there was No song and dance with several different people involved…..Dan was Great, and it was really like a breath of fresh air dealing with Mark! Thanks - it was truly a pleasure!Zach Hebb is awesome!

Zach is excellent and genuinely enjoys his work. I would purchase again… from Zach.Friendly like family (in a good way!)
by Andrew on 07/13/2024I had a good experience with salesman Zar Pyo. His upbeat attitude and eagerness to laugh was a nice change from serious and grumpy salesmen elsewhere. He was patient and encouraging as I tried vehicle after vehicle, over 4 visits, until… finding the right one for me. A Jeep!
