I called a month ago because my new Ioniq hybrid wouldn't start. The woman who answered the phoned told me to call the roadside assistance after I explained what was happening. I asked if it would be covered under my warranty and she assured me it would be. It turns out that all I had to do was hit a battery reset button (the tow truck driver didn't even touch my car) and it started. I was charged $101 for that. I called again to schedule an appointment to have my car looked at because the battery dies daily and that was a week ago and no one has called me back yet after the service dept employee said he'll "call right back". I regret ever buying a Hyundai because this joke of a dealership is what I have to deal with now.
Dreaded the thought of purchasing new car. Internet Manager handled transaction and I was quite impressed. It was quick, painless and I left the dealership satisfied.
