    drop off was quick & easy - service rep called to explain necessary service with prices - service rep also gave a discount since I had so much work done

    Prompt, courteous, swift, honest about what was NEEDED and not needed. (at least that was my perception and I'm in sales so I believe that I'm a good read on this. Comfortable waiting area with coffee and light snacks.

    the service was quick and fairly priced. but most importantly, i was told that some of the work i requested was unnecessary , saving me some money. I appreciate this kind of honesty especially in light of a previous visit in which work on my car was suggested on a system that my car does not even have. one thing i noticed there regularly is that they overinflate the tires too much. I measured it since the ride was so harsh. I found 40psi in one tire and 36 in the three others when the recommended pressure is 30psi.

    It's always so quick and hassle-free to bring my car for service. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. If Rudy is available, I usually go to him because he always has a smile and a kind word. I brought my car in on a stupid, gray drizzly day for my inspection and his smile brightened my day.

    Another place stripped my drain-plug during an oil change and refuse to admit it. Your technicians were able to change my oil and save me the expense of a new oil pan.

    excellent, but the cost of the 10,000 mile for oil change , tire rotation etc, was over 100 dollars which is quite expensive when this can be done locally at far less especially when other car companies are offering this free of chage for 3-5 years..

    Bad service I have 2012 CRV every time bring it for 5000 maintenance I had to go back a few days later because they did smoothing wrong once battery leak then no ice in the break . I hated Honda because of them I even thinking of getting rid of my car
