Great Experience!!!

This was the first time that I bought a car and it was nice to have things explained to me. I also was impressed with Manny the Tech guy...sometimes technology can… be a little scary, he walked me through all the bells and whistles on my new civic, i felt very confident that I would be able to use the technology that my car is equipped with. Lastly, Mr. Freeman...I am so thankful for him, he walked me through the entire process, he was there while I was looking for a car, he was there throughout the paper work and worked hard to keep me near my budget, and he was there during the signing, I really appreciated the way he kept his word, he said not to worry I was going to leave with a car...not only did I leave with the car I left with a great experience, and I love my car!!!Happy Honda Customer

Our previous experience buying a used van at a Honda dealership made it clear we were the "economy class customer" not going to receive those benefits… "higher class" customers would get, but that wasn't the case with Lucy. She treated us as though we mattered. She understood my fear of getting in the driver seat after totaling my van (first accident ever). She understood my husband's concerns. She listened to us, and even humored our 3 children. We didn't want to buy a van. Our last van was going to be paid off in 18 mos., but Lucy made the process easy and I dare to say exciting. When we finished paperwork with Patrick, he also made the experience relaxing and fun. Your dealership amazed us. I can honestly say, as long as we're in this area, we will buy from your dealership and recommend it to all of our friends. We already have. Lucy got me back behind the wheel of a van.
