Fair and no hassle deal

Received a fair, no hassle leasing deal on a new Q3 from Audi Allentown. They didn't play games and were very professional throughout the process. Loved our salesperson Cheryl Metts - friendly and knowledgeable! Sales Manager Sayed Ahmed put together a very good leasing deal for us and Justin Fulip did an awesome job walking us through the leasing paperwork at signing. Very satisfied and will be back in 3 years for our next Audi!

These guys are straight shooters, who don't waste your time, who want to get you in the right car, and on top of that, have what seems like the largest new Audi inventory within a few hundred miles. Ross Banks sold me my car and was knowledgeable, personable and pleasant to work with. He sheparded me thru every step of the buying process and was transparent and fair throughout. Kyle and Justin in the finance department were by far the most transparent financing folks I have ever worked with across the past six or auto purchases (covering Subaru, Buick, VW, Ford, and other Audi dealerships). These guys were great. And Liz Huddle was the reason I went to Allentown Audi in the first place and not to a competitor dealership for my test drive and initial negotiation. She had the perfect cadence of not being too invasive via email, while checking in just at the right time to see if I needed anything. Others dealers can be relentless and quite annoying; this experience was the complete opposite. As a result, I came in for a test drive of a relatively rare a6 on a Friday night, we ran the numbers, and had a deal an hour later. I took delivery the next day with no funny business or changes to the deal at all. What you see is what you get with Allentown Audi - a really great experience. Thank you, Ross, Liz, Kyle and Justin!!

I would recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a new Audi. Our salesperson,Brett Horlacher, was super and we had a nice extended test drive. We tested both the 4 and 6 cylinder Q7. He wanted us to be sure that the model that we looked at was the one for us. My wife and I both agreed that the Q7 and the nice people at Audi Allentown were the perfect combo!

Was losing faith in Audi ... until Audi Allentown

I have to say I had a nearly flawless experience with everyone at Audi Allentown. Coming from Maserati and then MB, I was dealing with a dealer in NJ who was not helpful, borderline disrespectful and who didnt appear to want to sell me a car. The best thing that happened was that I changed my mind on what I wanted and ended up doing my own internet search (although the other dealer was supposedly looking for a car) and found Audi Allentown. Within 30 mins of cancelling my order at the other dealer, I had 5 or 6 email communications with Nicole (identifying the car, negotiating a fair price, arranging or trade, etc.). When she had to leave, Liz picked up the ball and answered emails seamlessly. Two days later I was in a new car. Kyle was helpful, patient and actually got me a better interest rate than my credit union. Bo was fantastic and spent a substantial amount of time going over all of the features of my car, taking me for a drive to make sure I understood all the features and did not once try to pressure me into an upsell or accessories that I didnt need. Yes, I had to drive an hour and half to get the car, but despite having closer dealers I will do so again and will recommend Audi Allentown to people I know. Highest endorsement from someone who has purchased many high end cars.

Audi of Allentown, one word – incompetent.

Although they have no real facility there; there is a portable trailer in a parking lot and the actual garage is miles down the road, I felt sorry for them and though I would give them a try. I brought my Audi in to be looked at because an instrument light was blinking, indicating the hood was not latched. When I brought it in to be looked at I was told that it there was a short in a corroded wire. I then made an appointment to have the repair the following Saturday. When I called Thursday to ask if they could perform the air bag recall repair and if they had the parts I was told yes they could do that, but that I didn’t have an appointment for Saturday. I don’t know what the miscommunication was but they made my appointment for Saturday. When I brought the car in for the repair, after about 45 minutes, the service manager asked if I could show him where the switch was. I said that they are an Audi dealer, don’t they have diagrams that show them where the parts are? Later I was I was told that they did not know how long the air bag repair would take because the technician had never done one before and may need to watch the video, and incidentally they only had one of the parts and that they could not complete the recall repair. I said wouldn’t it make sense to have the technician watch the video before I bring the car in for the repair? Three and a half hours later I was told that they couldn’t fix the blinking instrument light because the switch needed to be replaced and they didn’t have that part either. I explained my inconvenience (this dealership is 1.5 hrs. drive from my home) and I wasn’t sure when I would be able to get back. The following week I told them to go ahead and order the parts, but they told me they had no idea when the air bag part would be in. They said the parts just all of a suddenly show up. An unrelated appointment came up for me near their service trailer, so I asked if they could squeeze me in for the hood sensor replacement. I was told yes, but the repair would take two hours. I said that I was told that the repair would take an hour and explained my previous inconvenience. The service attendant then began to laugh at me and said “I said it would be two hours,” and “Do I want them to fix my car or not?” I left likely never to return.

Selecting my first Audi

From my first phone call to inquire about inventory on the model of interest to my visit, test drive and through the entire buying and taking possession of the vehicle process I dealt with people who were polite, knew their subject matter, responded to questions and requests quickly and followed up. I've owned several vehicles (makes and models) but this is my first Audi. And the buying experience I had at Audi Allentown was by far the best I've ever experienced. I can recommend them to family, friends and loved ones without reservations. Truly a superior group of people.

I recently purchased a 2017 Q7 from Allentown Audi. I am a conscienscous car consumer and the purchase was a result of 2-3 months of conversation and research. Throughout the entire process I dealt with Seth Lacey and I must say he was exceptional. I have dealt with many automotive sales representatives in the past and present, and Seth was by far the best. His exceptional attention to detail and attentiveness to my needs was truly top notch. He was never invasive or overbearing, and was always the consummate professional. He was always accommodating to my busy schedule and constantly made efforts to make himself available to fit my schedule. Seth made the car buying experience comfortable, enjoyable, and hassle free. Nice peoples to working with. Absolutely different experience I do have with BMW. Patrick Metz was our actual sales representative, very good person with very deep knowledge what he is selling. I leased 2017 Audi A8, absolutely best price, thanks for manager Bryan Zanolini, also finance part was very pleasant also ( very unusual ))) , thank for Nick De Simone!!! Allentown Audi - buying a 2017 S5.

I purchased a 2017 Audi S5. Audi Allentown's staff is terrific. I really appreciate the fact that they focused on what I wanted, and never just tried to 'sell' me a car. I found the staff is very knowledgeable about Audi's products as well as the offerings in the broader marketplace. They are well trained, answering my endless questions, while framing the answers in a way that I could easily understand. Once we agreed on the model, color and options I wanted, they located the perfect match. What also stood out was the effort sales, management and finance made to provide complete answers, both the pros and cons as well as introducing many points I was unaware of before starting this process. Lastly - wow, what a car. The design, engineering and beauty can only be fully appreciated until you get behind the wheel and drive it home. It exceeded all of my expectations.

My wife and I have been extremely satisfied with our dealings with Audi Allentown from the initial contact with their eBusiness Manager Liz Huddle up to the final financial dealings with Anthony Marvelli who explained all our options to us in a very clear manner. Liz found the exact 2017 Audi A4 that we were looking for in less than 1/2 hour of speaking to her! We were in the next day and met Seth Lacey, an Audi specialist who took us for a test drive and patiently took all the time we needed to go over the workings of the new Audi with us. Seth was very personable, professional and new the Audi very well. Bryan Zanoline, their Branch Manager, stopped by to greet us and offer his availability. It was a very very pleasant experience overall. There was no hassle, no pressure, a very knowledgeable staff so we walked out with the Audi we wanted at what we considered a very fair price. They stay in touch after you leave the dealership to make sure all is well and so far my dealings with their service group have been terrific. We highly recommend Audi Allentown for a very pleasant auto buying experience to anyone interested in an Audi.

Q5 So Loving It!

Audi Allentown sold my husband and I our first Audi and our first midsize SUV Q5. Audi Allentown worked hard from the sales department, to our driving experiences of new and used vehicles, to us sitting down to discuss the vehicle purchase and financing, to our vehicle instruction, to our driving our new Q5 off the lot, and the follow-up they offered us from all departments. Audi Allentown managed all those experiences for us with ease as one great TEAM! They were very considerate of our time giving us the patience needed to think through such an important purchase decision. They answered all of our questions and made our purchasing experience great. They always got back to us in a timely manner when we had questions or concerns. Most importantly they helped us drive away in a Q5 we LOVE! My husband and I can't say enough about our sales representative, Seth Lacey. We bought the Q5 because we both recognized Seth's vehicle knowledge and expertise. He just couldn't do enough for us.
