Went to to other service stores for battery problem ,test sown battery no good.brought it in for battery replacement under warranty! Told one test failed,one test passed.denied battery replacement!!!! When stuck in the middle of nowhere with a dead battery,I will remember this disappointment!!!!

Warranty review

I am so glad that I have started using the Nissan dealership to get oil changes. In their inspection, the mechanic noticed a leaking seal and, that Heavens, I'm still under warranty. My only ??? is why did it take an hour and a half to do oil change/inspection? The staff have all been very friendly and accomodating.

Another great Lithia experience

This is the second purchase through a Lithia dealership for our family. My 17 year old son had a small budget for a car and the sales rep was excellent in finding him the car that suited his needs and style. The purchase was quick and easy and in a short time he was happily driving it home. We were told from other dealerships that we should try Craigslist for my son but I told him I wanted to try Lithia first because of our previous great experience. I'm glad we did. Thank you Lithia. We will be back!

Vern is my New Hero!

My husband and I purchased my "dream" car (VW Passat, Wolfsburg Edition, 2014) on Saturday, December 19th, 2015 from Vern. Vern contacted us in regards to coming to Lithia Nissan in Medford, OR just to see what he had available. As we were getting ready to leave, he called back because he had just received a 2014 VW Passat, Wolfsburg Edition in & wanted to know if we were interested. Were we ever! Once we arrived, Vern had the car in front of the building and he made the experience an extreme pleasure. He was honest, funny, forthright, and not in the least bit pushy. When it is time to get my Husbands truck, in the very near future, we will be returning to Vern. Thank you, Vern!!!!

Dishonest about terms of Warranty!

We were fine with the price we paid for our Auto in November of 2009. But after they agreed to the price they had us go to another office for the finances. We had our own loan through our credit union. They offered us a lower rate, and tied it in with financing the extended warranty and lifetime oil service. We saw that our payments would be roughly the same. We did a lot of research before we bought our car, we made sure it was a consumer reports best buy, edmunds choice, etc. But we still bought into the warranty, our mistake. The warranty sales person told us many times, that we would have to decide that day on the warranty, but that if we changed our minds and cancelled by the end of the first year, we would get 99% of the money back. Not so, we did end up cancelling the coverage about 3 months and a week after we bought our car, they charged us around $500, a lot more than 1% as they stated many times. I have attempted to contact the sales manager 2-3 times, Even when I was trying to cancel the warranty they didn't return my calls. So I'm out $500 and I just want to warn anyone, don't buy the warranty or the lifetime oil changes, if you do change your mind it will cost you. We actually did have to use the warranty the day after we bought the car, the sunroof leaked. However they questioned whether or not it would be covered, and our rental car reimbursement would not have been covered. Luckily they fixed it since it literally happened they day after we drove it off the lot. We had a false sense of security this warranty would cover everything (it doesn't). And that if we changed our minds and wanted to cancel we would only be out around $20, Again that ended up being $500. Learn from my mistake.
