Rude customer service and salesman
Went to a promotion they were having at the Wal-Mart on Olympic in Springfield. Took the flyer in they sent me to see if I had really won 2000 dollars. I said to the guy that I can see that the confirmation code dosentand mach. So I told him thank you anyway and that I can see that this was just a way to get me in here, and walked out. A salesman who refused to identify himself yells at me that some guy just won 25 thousand yesterday. I just threw the flyer away and left. Tha man follows me out to my vehicle yelling names at me and threatening me with physical violence. I ignored him so he walks up slaps my window and says that's what I thought your nothing but a [non-permissible content removed]. I rolled my window down asked his name (which he refused to give)and told him to walk away and that I would contract his boss about his rude behavior and see if he still has a job after threatening someone. He says why don't you pull over there and get out of your car and we'll see who the real man is. I just pulled away as he kept yelling obscenities and threatening me. Then he throws his coffee cup at my vehicle. If this is the type of people that the owner Joe of Kiffer KIA hires to sell cars then he needs to fire his hiring manager or have his dealership sold to someone else who cares about potential customers instead of letting their salesman threaten people for expressing their opinion. A very poor representative of the Kiffer family reputation
I am rebuilding my life (& credit) after a difficult marriage. I didn't hold much hope of getting approved for a loan but Marissa and Jeffery worked diligently for me and treated me very respectfully. Thank you Keifer Kia - I love my new car! You have a new customer for life.
Marissa was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about the options open to us. The entire sales crew worked very hard to make sure we were happy in our selection.
was tolled the Yukon was 2010 as sinning I found it to be a 2007 but my wife sill liked it so we continued I seed I wonted the pep insurance only, they added a extra dealer warranty at $995.00 and know I can not find out what it even covers from dealer or internet I am just stuck financing a warranty no one will tell me watt it covers. and the Yukon was sapost to be accident free but win I went to change oil I found the front end had been replaced. They are nice tell after you sine the paper but not really units I know its a car lot so LOOK at all paper work completely first .
Great service from Joe Garwood
I had a great experience with Joe Garwood in the internet department. The process was super easy and fast. I had a great experience. Joe emailed me with the prices of the models that they had available, I then went down and picked out my vehicle, signed the papers and was out the door! I can't believe how easy Joe made the process. Thanks again Joe I love my new Kia.
Drive to Salem for your warranty work
If you enjoy having the service rep walk away from you before you finish asking your questions, then by all means come to Kia of Eugene
Highly Recommend you to Kiefer Kia
My mother was in need of a vehicle and refused to let me take her car shopping so I started to do some online research. We wanted to shop around to get her the best deal possible and I didnt want to drag her down to be given some sleazy sales tactics and pressure from some used car sales guy. We knew what she wanted. I talked to Kiefer Kia and the girl I spoke with was very nice, I told her I found a car in Portland cheaper than what they had listed. She encouraged me to give them a try but after talking to 3 big Portland dealers, I let them talk me into making the drive 2 hours north for an Optima that they told me they had that I was looking for. So, I packed my mom in the car and we drove up. We got to the dealership to find that the each of the 3 dealers I spoke with, each had "just sold the car." They tried to force us into something we didnt want. We walked around for 4 hours to leave tired and unhappy. I ended up driving back home to Eugene and calling the young lady back at Kiefer Kia which is what I should have done in the first place. She set me up to come in and meet with Joe Garwood, our experience was a mile better than the way we were treated in Portland. It took us just a few minutes to find the Optima she wanted. No back and forth, before I knew it we were right thru to finance and receiving the vehicle. It was not uncomfortable in any way. No surprises. Joe had a great sense of humor and was very easy going our experience was personal and the follow up to ensure we were pleased even after we left the store was very reassuring. It seemed as if he didnt mind if we were there to purchase or not. I recommend Kiefer Kia to anybody I know looking for a vehicle.
