Not given any chance to change mind
I was called and given a quote to perform work my truck, which was done. I had wanted to change my mind on having one thing done, within a 10 to 15 min. Of receiving a phone call with my quote is when I called back and everything that was to be done was done with no time to even change my mind. Fast service is great but when you spend 1000.00 for repairs it’s like everything was already completed before I even got my quote. I find that is like thievery and would not expect anything like that from a company such as this. I will not be doing business with them again.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank the General Manager, Mark Patrzik, and Sales Associate, Grant Biehler, for providing one of the best new vehicle purchasing experiences. I was at the dealership early one morning to purchase parts for my 2012 Dodge Ram 3500. After getting filters I decided I wanted to speak with a salesperson on the remote possibility of trading my pickup toward a new Ram. The partsman told me sales associates were not in that early but he paged for one anyway. Was I impressed when the general manager came down and invited me up to his office to discuss my trade-in! (Impressed because he was at the dealership so early in the morning close to Christmas AND because he took the time to speak with me, do a kbb-based appraisal of my vehicle and then offer me a VERY generous trade in value for my low mileage Ram 3500 sight unseen and before we even discussed a new car purchase. His offer was 1500 more than any other dealership) Mark P. was a friendly individual, very professional and genuine in personality. We both knew his profit margin selling my trade-in would be minimal but he stated the new owners of the dealership were anxious to develop a strong, solid local dealer reputation with businesses and private individuals. In a smaller town they wanted to compete with larger dealerships and create "customers for life." We then proceeded to look at a few new 3500 options available to me ( I considered a 2017 SLT or a 2018 Laramie. I was again impressed that the general manager was walking through the lot with me reviewing vehicles. ) There was never any sales pressure. I left the dealership planning to return within a few days to get my wife's opinion. (There was no "limit" on the trade offer or purchase by date). Before leaving Mark told me he was leaving in a day for Christmas with family in Colorado. In his absence he requested I conduct business with Mr. Grant Biehler, one of his veteran sales associates with many years of Chrysler Corp. experience. Well, the bottom line is we purchased a new vehicle over the next two days. Grant and the accounting staff were excellent facilitators and I was able to purchase a new 3500 Laramie under the best of circumstances. (I know you are thinking I probably paid more for the new vehicle to offset the generous trade-in value they gave me but you are incorrect. I offered and we settled on a new vehicle price which I would have been happy with without a trade-in!) Grant and his staff honored all the verbal agreements made to me in advance by Mark. This car buying experience was wonderful for me and I encourage all folks interested in purchasing a Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, or Ram vehicle, with or without a trade-in, to visit AlbanyCDJR. They are a great dealership, anxious to earn your business and create long-term relationships with private individuals and businesses. This is a great time to look over their inventory. Customer does not always come first.
I purchased a car form this company six months ago and unfortunately my journey has not been easy. I noticed issues when driving my car home and quickly had them looked at by my local mechanic. After many issues addressed it turned out my car was sold to me with an issue with the wheel that casued many other problems. This company just told me it wasn't their problem to fix. Not only has that been troublesome but it took me months to receive my license plates and that was only after contacting them multiple times. I have had emails sent multiple times to the sales team asking them about service questions to which their was no reply. It also took me calling multiple times for two days and speaking to multiple people for them to return my call about my wheels only to have them tell me there was nothing they could do except apologise and tell me they will do better next time. If you are like me and hesitant to purchase a car, look somewhere else.
