I talked to Kaylie Elliott and was told that they could help my husband, who has a repo and she knew that, finance a specific truck that he was looking at and we drove 2.5 hours for her to not even be at the dealership when we told her we were on our way. She text us 20 minutes before we got there asking how far out we were. When we got to the dealership she was gone and another gentleman helped us and informed us that they could not finance that specific truck for us. We will not be back and I will be disputing the pulled credit due to us being lied to by Kaylie. I hope she loses her job for lying to customers. I told her how far we had to drive and that we didn’t want things to be different when we got there and she assured me that is was all going to work out! What a [non-permissible content removed]!!!

please dont be fooled by their completley false advertising. they will claim thousands in extras on their trucks. i just looked at a tundra on craigslist and they claim $10k in addons. wheels were 900, tires 1500, lift 2000(giving it 1000 cushin) and that is all folks. same deal with every truck they sell. will be making posts about it on fb

Worst dealership known to mankind.
BUYER BEWARE!! Unfortunately I have to give a star when they deserve nothing. This place is garbage. They are the epitome of high-pressure, used car sales tactics. Do not go here. Take head in my warning. They only want more money from you and will keep trying to get you to purchase a brand new vehicle and take out a huge loan. They know what they did. They also lost their rating with BBB yet still have stickers implying they're rated with them. They are [non-permissible content removed] and thief's and DO NOT CARE for anyone but themselves. I hope the car I bought for cheap screwed them out of profits like they were saying it did. In my opinion, it wouldn't be beneath them to tamper with your vehicle to act like it doesn't work so you have to take out a loan with them. Everything they say to you is a front to get your money. DO NOT go here even if you're desperate. Their "cheaper prices" are not worth stepping near this place. Save the trouble, time, and money.
Waste of time money and gas
This has to be the most sorry excuse for car dealership I have ever dealt with. Came in contact via text message with sara whom I do not believe even exists at this point. I was pre approved, qualified and told trade in value and new payments on the vehicle I was trading for would be. I live 4 hours away so common sense I called and asked if the vehicle was still availble before making long drive there. Yes everything is great have a safe trip see you soon was the response I received. However upon arriving RON told us to sit tight he would go get the vehicle from their sister store. Waited 30 minutes for him to show up saying they already sold the vehicle. I believe he never left the store he was too much of coward to come out and tell us this from the get-go. Tried to call and speak with a manager who apparently was RON over the phone and he called me a little baby and a child because I was upset for wasting $200 for the drive there. Tried to ask for the owners contact information to be told the owner doesnt have time to deal with a child like myself. For a manager to speak to some like this has me questioning how they even stay in buisness. If I could leave negative stars I would. Im 25 years old graduate with a buisness degree and coming from my background I will never understand how a manager can get away with saying such rude insults to a customer. Not to mention they must have ran my credit through 5 or more banks because my credit is now ruined thanks to this dealership.
Bait & Switch (NOT A GOOD DEALER)
Well, where do I start!! The deal was made on the phone before I drove a 6 hr trip to trade trucks. When I got the the Dealership the next morning, I did a test drive of the truck that we had made a deal on. Went two to three miles down Interstate I-35, and turned around and came back to exit 109 ( main street) where the dealership is located in Norman, Oklahoma. Had to stop at a red light after taking that exit, and when the light turned green, I pushed the gas, but it didn't do much of anything at all but just roll like you were pushing it. Come to find out it had an open recall on it for the Throttle body to be fixed. That was never told to me until I got back, and the manager then came out and said oh it has an open recall for that to be fixed. It started out that they had called a Chevy dealer close by, and they say it would take about 2 hrs. to fix. Now we all know on a engine it will take most of the day to fix this problem if that's all that was wrong with it.. I chose not to take this truck, and they had a few other trucks that I was looking at, but didn't like, so they said wait, and let me check in the back, and in about 15 mins. here they come with a dirty as xxxx truck, and said they just got this in, so I drove it and ask if it had the 5.3 engine in it, and was told it did. (SHOULD HAVE AS K FOR THE CARFAX TO MAKE SURE) I done the deal on this truck after being at this dealership most of the day. I left around 4 or 4:30 pm to head back home. As I get out a ways from them i'm checking , and looking as to why the so called 5.3 engine is kicking down to climb a small hill. After pulling over on the side of the interstate, I found the problem.. (IT WAS A 4.3 6 CYLINDER ENGINE IN IT). SO I'M HERE TO TELL YOU BUYER BE WEAR!!!!!

BAIT & SWITCH! You know the old scam. Well it happened to us. Had talked with Derrick, then Jacqui and even Mike... told them we live north of Dallas and wanted to make sure the vehicle was still there if we drive 3 hours to look at it. We had even agreed on a price and terms and even had the down payment ready! We show up and start looking around, NO FJ! Ask a different salesman and he says, oh it's here somewhere let me ask... 5 mins later, after looking over the whole lot and in the garage area. NO TRUCK! Long story short. We'll make it up to you, they say! here are some other vehicles (well over budget) and we'll cut a deal... oh, we can't come off that price that much! How sad that even the other employees said that this isn't the first time this has happened and so sorry for the inconvenience! What the *^#*! ITS CALLED THE BAIT AND SWITCH! Worst experience in 30 years purchasing a car
I called this dealership to make an appointment for a certain vehicle so that I wouldn't waste a 4 hour round trip drive and they promised to hold it until I arrived and I was not late but actually a few minutes early. The car had been sold prior to my arrival. I called the morning of the day that they said it was still there. I was pressured to buy multiple different other vehicles. Very high pressured and a waste of a 10 hour day including 300 miles of driving.I am a man of my word and took them at theirs which was my biggest mistake! I will never do business with this company ever no matter what deal they try to give me!
Bought a car from eric and he did a fantastic job with my trade in and getting payments I wanted. The finance guy did a fantastic job to. 5th car bought here in norman and by far the best service and experience
Great car and great people
Visited Norman Mitsubishi with the idea of buying a 2012 kia sorento and ended up with a brand new outlander sport! Wes, my salesperspn, was very friendly and never pushy. When he didn't know the answer to a question I had he grabbed his manager Cody that was a great help. I definitely recommend checking this place out! Like they said why buy a used car when you can buy a brand new one for the same price!
